As soon as I entered the manor, I felt another space. It is a homestay with pursuit and warmth. It is the absolute first choice for those who like quiet and private enjoyment. I stayed for two nights and it rained all day. I read books, listened to music and the sound of rain in the room. I got rid of the previous fatigue and completely completed a recharge. I felt that my whole body was creating positive cells.
Let me talk about a few more features:
1. The restaurant is delicious. I experienced breakfast and dinner. The Chinese food prepared by the chef with fresh ingredients of the day was very good. The children at home were very happy.
2. The housekeeper and staff are very friendly and warm. They also helped us arrange a VIP boat tour to the manor in the wetland park on the other side.
3. The room is very large. Those who like wooden pastoral style will definitely enjoy it. It has the comfort of home, and the various facilities are of high standards and very online. A family of three stayed in the room for a whole day and felt that it was not enough.
Anyway, I felt that there was nothing comparable to this place when I experienced it at the first stop of this trip. The experience far exceeded all kinds of five-star hotels. I hope I will have the opportunity to experience it in different seasons in the future.

ZouchayoufanerlaI wanted to find a homestay close to Shanghai to play in the water, and I wanted to find few people and clean. I didn't expect to find a treasure homestay!
Facilities: swimming pool (mountain spring pool), slide, tent, trampoline. Two buildings for eating and lodging, clean.
Service: The boss and the proprietress are very enthusiastic and treat the guests as family members.
Hygienic: I am afraid that the sanitation is not clean when I book a homestay. This room is simple and clean.
The homestay is a small stream, suitable for our 3.4-year-old baby to play in the stream. You can also catch small fish!
In the evening, the boss also took us to see fireflies and open-air movies. You can also barbecue by making an appointment in advance!
It is worth mentioning: 1. Although the meal standard is a bit expensive, the taste is not bad. There is no fishy smell at all, and the Matsutake chicken soup is very rich (the proprietress said that the chicken is a free-range chicken on the mountain).
2. The American style of the proprietress is also good. There is no coffee shop in the mountains, and the iced coffee in the hotel is great!
3. There is also sunscreen at the front desk, and mosquito repellent is provided.

🏠 Room/Environment:
Stayed in the starry sky bubble house for the first night, novel and comfortable; the advantage is that it is interesting + there is a big yard, and it is very comfortable to sit outside when the weather is good. The disadvantage is that the unstoppable heat + brightness in the morning, and the cattle who can sleep until 6:30 are all cows...
I changed the room the next night and experienced Yingtian. Wow, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh If you want to say the shortcomings... Can the shower room consider adding a wall-mounted shelf? 🤦♀️ There is no place to put shower gel.
🍜 eat:
The Chinese lunch and dinner reserved tastes very authentic (typical Zhejiang cuisine). At first, I felt that the price of 280/person was slightly more expensive (mainly because the appetite was not big), but when I finished a meal, I knew how high the price was... It is recommended that the appetite is small, do not take entire recipe... You can subtract one or two dishes appropriately, otherwise it is a waste.
Besides breakfast, it is completely unfinished! There are four types: two Chinese and two Western, all delicious, rest assured. But the favorite is the silk noodles. Although it is very heavy to eat this early in the morning, it is really delicious!
🎮 play:
The VR in the room is fun! My son can't stop playing in the dinosaur museum. The archery children can't play, I pull the bow a little reluctantly; there are not many entertainment activities, Amu picks up the Frisbee as he wishes to experience hahahahaha, happy.
If you are around, I recommend the original town. You can play with your baby for most of the day. There are not many people on Qingming holidays. There is no queue for rafting in the morning. The experience is very good!
💇 Service:
How to say it...Blowing...It’s very exaggerated. I haven’t checked in to pull you a six-person crowd, except that you are all staff and housekeepers. Ready all day, response speed is within 15s...Responsive. Personal feeling is a manor-style private custom feeling. This room rate is willing to pay...
In short, it is recommended, the ceiling in the homestay.

Anonymous UserI really can't help but boast! The homestay is located in the mountains, and the window is full of greenery. The air is so fresh that people can't help but breathe deeply. The whole environment is very exquisitely maintained, with both the tranquility of the countryside and the sense of design.
The room facilities are very attentive, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and refreshing, and the details can see the taste of the owner. The dishes in the restaurant are even more pleasant, the ingredients are fresh and authentic, and each one is made with a taste, which completely exceeds expectations. What impressed me most was the service. From check-in to departure, every staff member was warm and caring, as natural and thoughtful as a friend.
Before leaving, I also received an unexpected magpie box of eggs, simple but warm, and I felt like going home in an instant. Such care is worth coming again many times. Highly recommended to friends who want to escape the city and relax!

Guest UserWe chose this New Century Grand Hotel for our weekend getaway to Changxing, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. The hotel is nestled amidst mountains and a bamboo forest, offering a tranquil environment and fresh air. The grounds are expansive, making for a pleasant stroll after meals. Our room was brand new and spotless, with a panoramic view from the floor-to-ceiling windows and comfortable bedding – a truly relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in, providing attentive and thoughtful service. The breakfast spread was diverse, featuring many local specialties. It's the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle, ideal for unwinding and de-stressing, whether for a romantic trip or a short leisure break. Overall, it offers good value for money, and we'll definitely be back!

We stayed in the main building. The hygiene was good, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. It was my first time seeing a buffet breakfast that included rice balls!
The lawn in front of the main building was perfect for kids to run around, and there were chairs set up, making it a great spot for photos. There were even goalposts on the grass, but unfortunately, no soccer ball, and I didn't bring one either. That's my only regret.
The hotel's children's facilities were also very comprehensive. There's an indoor playground, which is great for hot days, and an outdoor playground too. The weather wasn't too hot that day, so the kids had a blast at the outdoor playground.
There were also plenty of hotel vehicles (toy cars/bikes), and I got lots of smiling photos of my child.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the trip.

PandadminOur whole family spent a pleasant, fulfilling, and unforgettable holiday at Shangyin Resort in Chuanbu, Changxing. The resort truly embodies the concept of ”hotel as part of the landscape,” with the babbling brooks and layered mountains stretching as far as the eye can see, making every day feel like living in a painting. Here, people and nature blend seamlessly together.
We heard that the owner invested a whopping 200 million yuan in 2015, spending four years meticulously crafting this scenic spot to create Shangyin. The resort covers 200 acres, yet only has 40 guest rooms—this restraint itself is a luxury. The longer we stayed, the more we felt the care and sincerity of the builders in every corner.
Regarding the accommodations: The layout, furnishings, amenities, and facilities of the rooms were all designed for comfort. It wasn't ostentatious luxury, but rather a sense of proportion designed by someone who truly understands life and rest. The bedding was especially reassuring—perfectly thick and soft against the skin, ensuring a restful and dreamless night's sleep. Even the smallest details, like the lighting, the blackout curtains, and the consistent shower water temperature, were just right.
Regarding the food: The restaurant serves authentic local specialties, with fresh ingredients and restrained yet flavorful cooking—not the kind of perfunctory ”standard farmhouse cuisine” often served to tourists. Breakfast is also thoughtfully prepared; while the variety isn't extravagant, the essential hot porridge, side dishes, whole grains, and pastries are all elegantly presented and clean, making for a comfortable and satisfying meal.
Regarding the staff: The staff here are highly qualified, providing warm and attentive service. From the front desk to the restaurant, from room service to shuttle bus service, every step demonstrates sincerity and meticulous attention. It's not a mechanical smile, but a genuine desire for you to relax here.
It is precisely because of the excellent facilities and service that our whole family was able to completely unwind from our daily fatigue and truly enjoy a period of complete relaxation and rest.
Changxing Chuanbu Shangyin Resort is undoubtedly a resort truly worth a special trip to, and one we will definitely return to. Five-star recommendation—well deserved.

Location & Transportation: This hotel is ideal for those traveling by car. The owner has essentially taken over an entire mountain, from the lake at the bottom to the tea house at the top, with fruit orchards and vegetable gardens in between. You can pick different fruits depending on the season. Hygiene: Very clean! Not a single strand of hair in the lobby. The cleaning staff starts early in the morning and is still tidying up past 11 PM, even meticulously cleaning each window. Breakfast: I had read reviews saying the breakfast had limited options, but this time, there were so many varieties! Plus, the stir-fried dishes changed daily. Perhaps because they're farm-to-table, all the vegetables were incredibly delicious and sweet! They also had pickled vegetables and bamboo shoot noodles, just like childhood. Service: All the staff greet you warmly; it feels more like a family-run hotel. If you're comparing it to a five-star hotel, you might find some differences, but the staff, especially the young ladies, remember your face. If you forget your key card and go to the front desk, they'll know your room number just by looking at you. A special shout-out to the young lady with an oval face and ponytail; she walked us to the door when we left and invited us back when the 'fried' season (likely a local delicacy or fruit) starts in August. Restaurant: The restaurant food is excellent! The ingredients are incredibly fresh. I highly recommend the fish head and tofu soup; it has absolutely no fishy taste! And the prices are very reasonable. Room Facilities: Since we stayed in a basic room type this time, the room wasn't huge, but the massive floor-to-ceiling windows offered a very expansive view. The only drawback is that the mountain opposite is a coal mine, which slightly affects the scenery. Activities: You can choose from paid activities like fishing, stand-up paddleboarding, and boat rides. Any fish you catch can be prepared for free at the restaurant.

Guest UserThe homestay is very large and beautiful. The proprietress is very enthusiastic. She introduced us to places to play and eat. She also helped us contact the place to drift. The coffee is also good. It is strong for Amway. Because we have a lot of people, breakfast is also very rich.
The proprietress knew that the children wanted to play in the water, and she also cleaned the swimming pool specially. Everyone was very happy this trip.
I will come back next time I have a chance and will recommend it to friends around me.

When visiting Zhejiang and Shanghai, a staycation is an unmissable travel experience. This time, I chose the Laiye Twelve Beasts Designer Homestay in Heping Town, Wuxing District, Huzhou. The entire homestay is nestled among tea gardens surrounded by mountains, with a strong sense of design. There are 12 rooms on 3 floors, each named after a Chinese zodiac animal. Each room has a different style, with some offering tranquil views of vegetation by the window and others offering views of green tea mountains. Each room has its own unique charm. This time, my family and I experienced the rat, sheep, ox, and dog staycations. Each staycation gave me a different feeling. The homestay's own sika deer was the children's favorite, and there was also a silver shaded dog named Zongzi that was very friendly to the guests.
