When I arrived my bags were not taken to the lift. Someone saw I was struggling inside the lift and helped me with one bag. I arrived at the breakfast area the following day at 10:30 am and was told I couldn't get breakfast. The staff were in my room when I wasn't and spoke loudly down the corridor from one to the other. I had to have an engineer reset the TV connection. My breakfast wasn't reimbursed.

服務不錯，衞生條件也不錯，前台親和力不錯，整體還是挺滿意的～早餐廳煮麪姐的服務意識還有待提高，還有房間裏馬桶不是智能的，冬天坐上去PP好涼，然後隔音效果不好，樓上走路的聲音都能聽見

房間很大，乾淨衞生，點了外賣還有機器人給送到房間。早餐品種也很多。前台小姐姐們很熱情。出行很方便，旁邊就是利時廣場，很多東西逛。

首先價格相對實在，前台雖然就一個人，但是服務態度非常好，讓人很舒服，還送了温水，其次房間很乾凈，面積也還不錯，小冰箱裏的水和飲料都可以免費喝，整體非常好

房間很大很整潔，這個價位的商務酒店性價比真心高！前台服務很温暖，送了早餐還給了出遊建議，朋友東西落了還特地打電話通知，總之很棒的一家酒店👍

酒店停車位置方便前台24小時服務有問題電話撥通立馬解決前台7號小姐姐服務好房間衞生乾淨無噪音房間很大外賣送上門

比較失望，打開門非常重的臭味，出去吃飯一會回來就會有很重的味道。房間裏電話也是無法打到前台，目前住到最差的亞朵
