環境：周邊環境確實非常避世，山頂有露營區、茶室，酒店在山上種了黃金芽，可以體驗茶葉製作的一整套流程。
設施：設施方面就有的説了，預訂的木屋帶泳池，5.3入住，小木屋總共4間，由於當天6點左右到達酒店辦理入住，分配到1105房間，進門首先聞到非常濃烈的木頭受潮後的味道，其次床正對的落地窗外樹蔭非常係數，左前方是餐廳，正前方是會議室，與攜程官網主圖相差甚遠。再來説説泳池，水中有蟲子事故、蟲*、樹葉，並且水是不滿的。再説説酒店宣傳Dyson吹風機，濾網被拆下，可以理解保潔阿姨清潔了濾網內部，但是實際還是有非常多的垃圾集中在濾網出。
服務：服務2.5分是給接駁師傅的，非常熱情幫忙提箱子，接駁車速度也很快。在入住第一晚由於上述設施問題，女友像前台提出清潔泳池並換房，但酒店方稱所有房間均滿房，無法更換，也沒有任何補償，最終在第二天換房到1102。圖一為1105房間視角，圖二視頻為1102房間視角

好於預期的一次入住，入住前有管家服務一對一的溝通，雖然附近有工廠，但是完全不影響入住體驗。酒店活動很多，採茶炒茶，做青團，采樹莓，萌寵們～山頂風景也不錯，還有一間雲頂茶室，下次來體驗！服務人員都很客氣和親切～酒店的餐廳也很贊！阿姨們都很樸實很親切！等下次水果季的時候再來！

沒想到長興煤山鎮還有這樣一家不錯的度假酒店，服務周到，電瓶車隨叫隨到，早餐豐富，及時添加食品，還有各種活動。

硬件和環境很好，住的星空親子房特別大。服務人員也很淳樸熱情。酒店有管家，對接我的是君瀾大使一天，從入之前到離店後全程有應必答，24小時在線，幫忙解決了不少問題，非常感謝。雖然是五一期間入住，但體驗不打折，推薦
