It was really good trip and amazing experience in this nice design hotel. The room was quite noce with the special zoo design which made kids really happy, they where happy with the bed type , with the tub in our bathroom. It was so close to all important and very fun places, next to the Safari park, ice palace (you can take snowboard and ski ⛷️ ) Ancient town etc… And the costumer service is really nice , they are so helpful, we where having problem with our minibar it was not working, so they brought us everything we need(and even more) in several minutes. The breakfast was really yummy and western food, but tbh you can find everything you need there not just western or Chinese, they made for us amazing Americano ☕️

It’s also cheaper to buy tickets for some attractions in the hotel, which is really good. If I come to Huzhou again next time, I will consider this hotel again. The staff was really nice and polite. The bedroom was clean. The location is amazing, close to the old town and easy to go watch the fireworks at night, it's a must see. The tickets show that we got staying at the hotel was nice and fun. Worth to watch. The only weird thing was that at early morning a lady open our door room to give us some water. Was polite but weird to get somebody trying to get to your room with you there.
