It is close to the train station and has convenient transportation. The reception service is attentive and proactive in helping to upgrade the room. The room is not big, but fully equipped, clean, comfortable and quiet. The bedding is very comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast has many varieties and tastes good.

I had a great stay in Holiday Inn, the room was very nice and the service of Zhangmiao and WangHongMei was amazing ! I recommend this hotel 😊

I took my kids to the dinosaur park and stayed here. There is a BIT bus directly at the door, which is very convenient. The overall hygiene was good. I bought a buffet breakfast, fried noodles, tea eggs, and tofu soup. The watermelon was very fresh. I also drank a cup of freshly ground coffee. I felt like I was exhausted. I will come back next time.

Because the hotel has been opened for some years, the facilities and equipment are indeed a little behind. It is understandable. The problem is that the charging panel on one side of the bed is in the middle of the bottom of the fixed bed counter board. It has a certain depth and needs to be almost lying on the ground. It is very inconvenient to plug in the socket only by posture. Other aspects such as breakfast are quite satisfactory, and the room is small. Service attitude is worthy of recognition

The hotel exceeded our expectations for our stay and helped us enjoy our short 2 night weekend away stay in Changzhou, so thanks to everyone who worked so hard to make that happen. A special mention, however, must go to Chef Lu (卢大厨) for the really amazing breakfasts that both me, a European, and my partner, who is Shanghainese, both found delicious and delightful. Him and his team really are masters of both flavour and customer service, my partner especially agrees we cannot thank him and them enough, they have our trip a magnificent and memorable start to each day.

Upon arriving to the hotel, the front desk staff were very friendly. Although this is my first time in China and I was unsure of check-in procedure, they quickly got me through check-in and made me feel quite relaxed almost immediately. During my stay, I ordered room service nearly every evening and although I speak no Chinese, the staff were very patient and helpful to make sure that they were receiving my order correctly. The view from the rooms is incredible and the service at the hotel has been great. I highly recommend that if you are visiting Changzhou for business or pleasure that you stay at the Marriot Hotel in Xinbei district. It is also very centrally located with easy access to entertainment, shopping malls, restaurants and the light rail stations to travel to other cities in China. Additionally, the restaurants, pool, outdoor basketball court, coffee shop, and other services in the hotel make it a convenient place to stay if it is your first time in China or Changzhou as it is mine. For work related reasons my trip in Changzhou was extended and I have enjoyed my stay at the Marriot hotel so much that I decided to extend my stay here and upgrade my room to include the executive lounge (totally worth it if you stay here, it's like having access to an Emirates level lounge with a view every day). In summary, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely, and the services provided make your stay very convenient! I highly recommend staying at the Changzhou Marriot in Xinbei District during your time here!

The first impression I had when I visited Changzhou Jintan for the first time was the warm service. The hotel was the first service I came into contact with when I came to this city. I was really happy to feel the enthusiasm of this city! As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt very luxurious and clean. The floor was as small as the gap between the sofas. After checking in, the lady at the front desk sent me upstairs and introduced me to the hotel's facilities. When I opened the door, I felt that the bed was very big. The towels and toiletries in the bathroom are very clean. The towels and toiletries are placed neatly and it looks very comfortable, so I slept very comfortably this night and made my journey the next day feel very relaxed~ The breakfast variety is still very rich, allowing me to taste Changzhou Specialty sesame cakes, the restaurant service is also good, seeing that I can't serve the plate by myself, I will help me enthusiastically
