"We took advantage of off-peak travel to visit Changzhou for a two-day, one-night trip with our child. The Wenpu Hotel has an amazing location – it's the first time I've ever encountered a hotel where the subway directly connects to an underground plaza, which then leads straight to the hotel's basement level. There were even staff members in the basement to guide us. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a dinosaur-themed kids' room! As soon as we walked in, we saw dinosaur plushies and a little play kitchen – our child was absolutely thrilled. It was also the first time we'd slept on a 2.4-meter king-size bed; previously, 1.8-meter beds felt a bit cramped with two adults and a child. Just for that, I think Wenpu really gets it. The room was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtful. They've done an excellent job with the parent-child aspects, and every staff member we met had an incredibly friendly attitude. Overall, the experience was perfect. There are museums, libraries, and other attractions nearby. We'll definitely stay at Wenpu again next time we're in Changzhou!"

"The twin room of this hotel really exceeded expectations! The overall decoration is simple and fresh style, the color looks particularly comfortable, and it is not depressing at all. The room is quite spacious, the two beds are large enough, the bedding is clean, lying on the soft, and resting very comfortable. The layout of the room is very reasonable, there is a small sofa and a round table by the window, just right to rest and chat. The washing area is an independent external design, which I especially like! In the morning, you don’t have to compete for the bathroom. The sink is clean and generous. Hair dryers, kettles, and water cups are all equipped, and there is plenty of storage space. The lighting is soft and not dazzling, the sanitary details are done, and the ground and corners are cleaned."

"The air conditioner cannot be adjusted at will. The temperature was 26 degrees that day, and the room temperature was 26 degrees. After the air conditioner cooled the room to 16 degrees, it was still 25 degrees for six hours. Fortunately, the temperature dropped to 6 degrees at night. I opened the window for a night to cool down. The window was not opened left and right, but the bottom edge of the window was opened at a certain angle, which was better than nothing. I once again experienced the sourness of the 1990s without air conditioners and fans and hot summer nights, and there was not even a trace of wind."

Everything was handled perfectly, and we'll definitely consider coming back if we have the chance."

"Although there was a slight hiccup during check-in, both Trip.com and the hotel handled it promptly and appropriately, which is commendable – it's always great when issues are resolved quickly. I've always been quite fond of Accor hotels, but there aren't many new ones opening in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region. So, on this trip to Taizhou, I decided to give this one a try. The room itself was basically odor-free, though some parts of the public areas still had a slight smell, and the elevator to the parking lot had a rather strong odor. Right next door is Wuyue Plaza, which has a Cha Yan Yue Se (bubble tea shop) and is great for browsing and eating. The hotel lobby bar is also good, and the pastry shop is called 'Croissant House,' clearly showing confidence in their croissants. I tried them at breakfast and they were indeed excellent, so I bought a lot more pastries to take home. The bedding was very comfortable, and the toiletries were Lanvin, though I wasn't a big fan of the scent of the bath products. The floor drain had an intermittent odor. It's definitely very close to the high-speed train station, which resulted in a bit of noise. However, luckily, the frequency of trains at night isn't high, so it didn't significantly affect my sleep. Overall, you can tell the hotel is well-managed, and the staff are all very friendly and professional."

The room was fully equipped, especially the bed, which was incredibly comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep; it was also very clean. The hotel service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. The outdoor terrace is beautiful, and the swimming pool is right next door with clean water. The breakfast was also plentiful, allowing us to enjoy delicious food during our trip. Overall, this is a trustworthy hotel and highly recommended!"

"On this trip I stayed at 3 Changzhou hotels - Marriot Xinbei, Sheraton Xinbei and voco Fudu. In my opinion the Fudu was best. Although English was generally limited at each hotel the Fudu breakfast and ambiance was superior. The food at breakfast was varied and service superb. The Deluxe Queen guest room I stayed in had been recently renovated and was comfortable. My room package included evening "Happy hour" which consisted of food and drink. I would stay at the Fudu again."

The room was decorated so warmly, with plush bedding and soft lighting that made us feel right at home the moment we stepped in. My favorite part was the garden-style layout – white walls and black tiles accentuating lush greenery. It felt like walking through a classical Jiangnan garden, with every step revealing a new view. Whether relaxing by the window in our room or strolling through the courtyard, it was utterly delightful. The facilities were comprehensive and spotless, making it especially suitable for families. The value for money is outstanding! I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose it again next time!"

Surrounding environment: Near the municipal government, the buildings in this area are very new, there is a bus stop a few minutes walk, about 10 minutes drive from the city cultural square (library and food, drink and entertainment), and there are many restaurants and convenience stores opposite the hotel. Hotel and room environment: The decoration is very new and the style is very modern. There are Bluetooth speakers, air purifiers, public laundry rooms, and they are very clean. I live in an apartment, which is equipped with a washing and drying machine, a microwave oven, a coffee capsule machine and an induction cooker. Hotel staff: The hotel manager, the front desk and the cleaning lady all have very good service attitudes. You can watch TV while running in the gym. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety, mainly Chinese food, and there are also a small number of Western baked snacks. I like Wenjun Hotel very much and will stay there next time I go on a business trip. Give a big thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼!"

The location is also very convenient, close to the subway station. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit!"
