Plus, there's a large shopping mall downstairs with plenty of dining options, and it's not too far from the Dinosaur Park. For afternoon tea, you can have unlimited coffee, though there weren't many pastries, and it seemed like there was no hot water available."

From the moment we arrived, exhausted and weary from a long train journey, we were met with exceptional kindness. A huge shout-out to Luk Yue at the front desk. His service was nothing short of excellent. He was so polite, kind, and understanding of our tired state. To our absolute delight, he generously offered us a complimentary room upgrade. This gesture turned a good stay into an amazing one and set the tone for our entire visit. The room itself was perfect. The bed was amazingly soft, offering a truly restful sleep we desperately needed. The room temperature was easy to control and always comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and the level of cleanliness throughout was impeccable—everything was spotless. Furthermore, the buffet breakfast was absolutely fantastic! It offered a huge variety of hot and cold items, all fresh and delicious. It was the perfect fuel for our day and a wonderful start each morning. I’ve stayed at Hiltons before, but I have never experienced service this good. I never regretted my choice for a second. This stay reminded me exactly why trusted brands matter. Because of this experience, and especially because of staff like LukYue who go above and beyond, the Hilton will be my go on my next visit! Highly, highly recommended"

The ordering process was also very thorough, and the room was spotlessly clean with a well-designed layout. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The facilities were new and functional, and the soundproofing was excellent. The menu pillow was a unique touch. Being right above a mall with convenient transportation and close to the airport makes it perfect for both business trips and short getaways. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations, and I genuinely recommend it to everyone."

From the very beginning, the thoughtful road guidance from Yanniu housekeeper to the comprehensive scenic area service tips and hotel service introduction from Xiao Wang at the front desk made us feel very comfortable. The hotel is an antique building, which makes us feel the festive atmosphere. There were many activities in the scenic area during the Chinese New Year. When we walked on the road, all the staff and volunteers greeted us enthusiastically and said blessings. When we returned to the hotel after shopping in the evening, we were provided with a bowl of Tremella soup and calming and sleeping incense for free so that we could have a good rest. It was a really great stay and I will come again."

"Traveling with my family, I chose Songjiantang Hotel and was completely blown away! The room was decorated so warmly, with plush bedding and soft lighting that made us feel right at home the moment we stepped in. My favorite part was the garden-style layout – white walls and black tiles accentuating lush greenery. It felt like walking through a classical Jiangnan garden, with every step revealing a new view. Whether relaxing by the window in our room or strolling through the courtyard, it was utterly delightful. The facilities were comprehensive and spotless, making it especially suitable for families. The value for money is outstanding! I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose it again next time!"
