Anonymous UserThe rooms were clean and the service was warm and welcoming. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a bench in the elevator. Breakfast was plentiful, and the dinner buffet offered a great variety of dishes. There's a dedicated underground parking garage, making it super convenient to get to the city's attractions. Plus, having a RT-Mart supermarket right next door was really handy for shopping.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay, 100% Satisfied!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming.
The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay.
A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future!
Thank you again to the whole team and especially to 曾怡 for making our stay perfect!

Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect.
Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled.
What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team.
We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

The lake view from the room is great, and while the facilities are a bit old, they are very clean. There are plenty of activities for all ages and seasons, making a three-day, two-night stay perfect. The hotel staff are all warm and polite and interact well with children. The hot springs are a highlight, with over thirty open, so it never feels crowded, and there are many staff members attending to them.
However, the Fisherman's Wharf restaurant was a huge disappointment. A la carte options are expensive, and the set menus are limited, too salty, and the bamboo shoots were tough and unappetizing. It's definitely not suitable for two adults and one child; the only decent thing on the set menu was a fried fish roll. Furthermore, the service was abysmal. No one greeted us upon entering, and after our meal, no one asked for feedback, offered a small snack, or called a shuttle. There was absolutely no service to speak of, a stark contrast to the Hong Kong-style restaurants we've experienced. My rating is for the hotel; if it were just for Fisherman's Wharf, I'd give it only one star for the ambiance.

Guest UserWhen we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

Guest UserMy stay at Renaissance Changzhou Taihu Lake was fantastic! ✨ The hotel faces West Taihu Lake directly, offering beautiful and expansive surroundings with great lake views. The room was spacious and grand, with plenty of room; the shower area was large, and the water pressure from the faucet was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower experience. A special thank you to Ellie, who was friendly, responsive, and efficient in meeting our needs – really appreciate it! She made the entire stay comfortable and peaceful. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Changzhou. Highly recommend! The executive lounge dinner was also quite good!

Guest UserFood: Breakfast was varied, with western, asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

Guest UserMy overall stay was incredibly comfortable. The hotel environment was clean and quiet, and the room facilities were well-maintained. The bedding was soft, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. Check-in was efficient, the staff were gentle and attentive, and all my requests were handled promptly. A special thank you to Cynthia for thoughtfully coordinating the airport transfer service. She proactively confirmed my departure time and informed me of the pick-up location in advance, providing thorough and thoughtful service throughout, which relieved any worries about catching an early flight. The food was decent, the public areas were clean, and the value for money was good. I'll definitely consider staying here again for future trips to the area.

Guest UserThis hotel boasts a fantastic location in the new city center, right by the Olympic Sports Center. It's conveniently connected to Metro Line 1, which links to all three Changzhou train stations, making travel incredibly easy. The breakfast spread is also quite impressive, offering a wide variety of both Western and Chinese options. The hotel's bar serves up excellent drinks with great flavors, which we really enjoyed. Overall, the hotel's environment and cleanliness are good, though it does feel a bit older and dated, and some maintenance could be improved. It's also very convenient for visiting nearby attractions, including the Dinosaur Park, which is quite close.

First thing you need to know is it is clean. Sheets changed. Room is clean. Comes with toothbrush, soap, water kettle, outlets to charge, and a desk.
The hotel has great amenities. The best part about it is the washing machine and dryer. 2 dryers. 3 washing machines.
No issues with hot water. You can take a long shower with no issues.
I'm a traveler with preference for only non smoking rooms or rooms that don't smell like it.
I turn in the air conditioning to see if it has any smoke smell coming from it.
My first room smelled like smoke but they were able to change me to another room without issues.
This is probably the best value hotel for a single room. The cost benefits are even better if you split it with someone else.
I had two room cards so I left the air conditioning on all the time. It was nice.
The middle rooms don't have a window so a shower may make your room humid.
The area around it is very great. There is a bunch of local food places and it's only locals not tourist.
The best place is a noodle shop nearby. Order a large beef noodle soup for 14 yuan and get a free noodle refill.
Be sure to turn on the exhaust when showering and you'll have to issues.
