Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay, 100% Satisfied! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! The resort is massive, but there are plenty of shuttle buses, which is super convenient. We were upgraded to a twin room in the main building. The room was very clean, and the view was fantastic; we could see the lake from the balcony, which was incredibly relaxing. The only downside was the poor soundproofing, but it was still quite quiet at night. There's a wide variety of hot springs, and it wasn't crowded at all on a weekday evening, so we had a great time soaking. The changing area is also very spacious. The breakfast restaurant is huge, with a rich selection, and the food actually tasted good too. All the staff were very friendly. I'm very satisfied with this trip! Unfortunately, we were in a hurry, but I'll definitely come back next time to enjoy it at a more leisurely pace.

When we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

This is an excellent hotel! The pool, service, and rooms are all top-notch. The views are delightful; you open the curtains and there's a lake view room. The swimming pool was my favorite part, and the kids absolutely loved it—they wouldn't leave, playing for two whole days. The breakfast was also fantastic, with lots of Changzhou specialties. Plus, there's a mini ball pit!

My stay exceeded expectations. Overall, it was great value for money. The room was meticulously cleaned, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The hot water in the bathroom was consistent, and the public areas were neat and tidy. A special thanks to Cynthia for thoughtfully arranging a quiet room on a high floor and even proactively upgrading my room – her consideration was truly heartwarming. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and both check-in and check-out were handled efficiently. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation, and the facilities are well-maintained, with no noise disturbance, leading to excellent rest quality. I will definitely choose this hotel again for future visits and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a tranquil accommodation experience.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location in the new city center, right by the Olympic Sports Center. It's conveniently connected to Metro Line 1, which links to all three Changzhou train stations, making travel incredibly easy. The breakfast spread is also quite impressive, offering a wide variety of both Western and Chinese options. The hotel's bar serves up excellent drinks with great flavors, which we really enjoyed. Overall, the hotel's environment and cleanliness are good, though it does feel a bit older and dated, and some maintenance could be improved. It's also very convenient for visiting nearby attractions, including the Dinosaur Park, which is quite close.

When I checked in during the Spring Festival, there were some communication issues with the front desk, but the manager came and resolved everything perfectly. Overall, it was a great stay. The hotel is close to all the must-visit spots in Changzhou and very near the subway station. The breakfast wasn't extensive but it was delicious and comforting, especially the freshly made wontons and silver thread noodles – they were excellent!

Booked the economical Bestay Express, which is actually in the same building as Jinjiang Inn, with unified management and service, but Bestay Express is on the 2nd floor, while Jinjiang Inn is on a higher floor and needs to swipe a card to take the elevator. Although the room is not big, it has all the necessary facilities, and even has a shared laundry room. I bought breakfast at the front desk, which is very affordable at 10 yuan per person. There are porridge, side dishes, buns, milk, bread, and vegetables, which is very worthwhile! There are some snack bars and small restaurants in the residential area about a 5-minute walk away. The bus station is also about five minutes away. Overall, it is highly recommended, clean and economical accommodation.
