The overall experience at the hotel was pretty good. I booked it for a client, and they gave positive feedback after their stay. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was quiet, and the location was quite convenient for getting around and dining. The front desk service was also decent, and check-in was smooth. Overall, it met expectations and is suitable for business guests or temporary stays. I'll consider booking again if needed in the future.

From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

The resort is massive, but there are plenty of shuttle buses, which is super convenient. We were upgraded to a twin room in the main building. The room was very clean, and the view was fantastic; we could see the lake from the balcony, which was incredibly relaxing. The only downside was the poor soundproofing, but it was still quite quiet at night. There's a wide variety of hot springs, and it wasn't crowded at all on a weekday evening, so we had a great time soaking. The changing area is also very spacious. The breakfast restaurant is huge, with a rich selection, and the food actually tasted good too. All the staff were very friendly. I'm very satisfied with this trip! Unfortunately, we were in a hurry, but I'll definitely come back next time to enjoy it at a more leisurely pace.

When we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

This is an excellent hotel! The pool, service, and rooms are all top-notch. The views are delightful; you open the curtains and there's a lake view room. The swimming pool was my favorite part, and the kids absolutely loved it—they wouldn't leave, playing for two whole days. The breakfast was also fantastic, with lots of Changzhou specialties. Plus, there's a mini ball pit!

Any additional requests we had were handled promptly and thoughtfully, making the entire stay effortless and enjoyable. The park itself is a beautifully designed destination inspired by traditional Chinese culture and the world of ancient martial arts and fantasy. The landscaping is stunning, with lush greenery and peaceful surroundings that make every corner feel picturesque. We were also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food throughout the park—there were plenty of delicious dining options to enjoy. This is a wonderful destination for families with children as well as anyone looking to experience a unique blend of nature, culture, and relaxation. We had an amazing time and would gladly recommend it to anyone planning a family getaway.

After returning from the United States to Changzhou to visit relatives, I stumbled upon the old American brand Wyndham Hotel nearby. The family room offered a good value for money, and the room theme was very childlike. Mr. Geng, the front desk staff, provided very professional and enthusiastic service, adding warmth to my trip. The breakfast was diverse, offering not only local Changzhou specialty silver noodle soup but also Western dishes and more, which was very suitable for us! I would choose this place again if I have the opportunity in the future!
