GGuest UserStaying for two nights was so relaxing!
The lakeside hot spring tickets for two: Soaking in the hot springs at night was very atmospheric. We prepared our swimsuits beforehand; the hot springs have changing rooms, but we changed in our room, put on our robes, and headed over. Each hot spring had a water temperature display, and there were mugwort, carnation, and traditional Chinese medicine pools. After soaking for a while, we felt so comfortable, slightly sweaty, and warm all over. You should definitely try the hotel's casserole fish head.
Our butler service was very warm and attentive.
I personally think the hotel breakfast is on par with a five-star hotel. While it doesn't have as much variety as a five-star, it has everything you need. The room facilities are a bit dated.
We went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The package with a meal was the most cost-effective. A shuttle bus takes you to the entrance. You walk a bit, then take a one-way mini-train. You can either take the cable car to the mountaintop first or the ground cable car to the panda house first. Both the cable car and ground cable car tickets are round trip. If you're tired on the way back, just buy a one-way mini-train ticket. If you still have energy, you can walk, and you'll pass by the Little Goose Park to watch a show. The whole trip took about 4 hours. After leaving, we ate the meal included in the package â you can choose between a hot pot restaurant or a fish head restaurant. We chose hot pot, and the two pots were more than enough for two people. Parking was 15 for one visit.

GGuest UserWe booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, nestled among green mountains and overlooking the shimmering Tianmu Lake, giving it a tranquil and comfortable ambiance. It truly is a great spot for relaxation and wellness. We booked a Deluxe Lake View Room, and the hotel even upgraded us for free to a Luxury Lake View Room. The hotel also offers a variety of fun amenities for children, making it perfect for families with kids. What's even more appealing to visitors is the Cloud Top Observation Deck, which offers panoramic views of Tianmu Lake's beautiful scenery, with lush mountains and clear waters as far as the eye can see â truly a feast for the eyes. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast restaurant is grand and situated right by Tianmu Lake. You can enjoy your breakfast while taking in the stunning lake and mountain views, which really enhances your appetite. The Chinese restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, with plenty of choices, and the prices are quite reasonable. However, there was one minor disappointment: we wanted to rent the electric scooter with a sidecar located at the entrance of the children's playground. After a series of complicated scanning procedures, the screen displayed that we were over 65 years old and denied us use. How wonderful it would have been to explore the beautiful scenery around the hotel on that electric scooter with a sidecar! We had no problems driving 260 kilometers from Shanghai to the hotel ourselves! We understand that the hotel's concern for the safety of older guests is valid, so we suggest that it would be more accommodating to allow older individuals with a valid driver's license to use it. Overall, this hotel is still very good. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Tianmu Lake in the future.

GGuest UserThe front desk proactively upgraded our room during check-in, which was a pleasant surprise! The room was very large and spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered fantastic views. The Executive Lounge staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also tried out the pool and gym, both of which were really nice. Hotel staff always greeted us warmly when we entered and exited. Breakfast was generally good, though the bread was a bit dry, but the ambiance and the view from the window were excellent. Unfortunately, no one from the hotel added me on WeChat from check-in to check-out, which made it difficult to communicate any needs or issues. The central air conditioning was too hot in the middle of the night, making it impossible to sleep, so I had to ask the front desk to send up a fan before I could finally get some rest.

GGuest UserAfter returning from the United States to Changzhou to visit relatives, I stumbled upon the old American brand Wyndham Hotel nearby. The family room offered a good value for money, and the room theme was very childlike. Mr. Geng, the front desk staff, provided very professional and enthusiastic service, adding warmth to my trip. The breakfast was diverse, offering not only local Changzhou specialty silver noodle soup but also Western dishes and more, which was very suitable for us! I would choose this place again if I have the opportunity in the future!

CChinaTravelsThe room didnât look like the pictures, different layout and nowhere near as big. However it was still a nice room and had a comfortable bed. Wasnât told the wifi information so had to call reception to clarify.
The tv was not very big and was far from the bed so was hard to watch when lying in bed.
The staff were very friendly and helpful - they were excellent.
I would stay here again but in a different room as I donât think the pictures are a true reflection of the room, I donât think the price was worth what I paid.

The process was quick, with no waiting time at all. The room was meticulously clean, and the bedding was spotless and soft, ensuring a great night's sleep. Whenever I had an issue, I contacted the front desk and they helped resolve it immediately, always with a warm and gentle attitude. Many hotels nowadays might look luxurious, but their service feels robotic and impersonal; it's rare to find one with such a human touch.

The breakfast selection was abundant. My only minor issue is that, despite it being almost June, the room's air conditioning wasn't adjustable, staying consistently at 24-25 degrees Celsius. For someone who gets hot easily, this made it difficult to sleep; I went to bed late and woke up before 5 AM due to the heat. However, everything else was quite good, and the staff were all very enthusiastic.
