5-Star Hotels in Changzhou

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Grand Hot Spring Resort in Liyang, and I had high expectations given its excellent rating on Ctrip. Upon arriving at the hotel parking lot, a butler promptly met us with a shuttle to take us to check-in. The service was fantastic and very thoughtful, with every staff member greeting us with a smile. Since the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are great, and I was impressed to find Guerlain toiletries provided. While the hotel features an alpaca farm and Dinosaur Valley, which are perfect for younger children, the kids' club was a bit small and underwhelming, which was a slight letdown. My favorite part was definitely the infinity pool and hot springs located on the cliff top. They offer a fantastic ambiance during 'blue hour' and the views are stunning. It was incredibly comfortable, even on a summer evening, as it wasn't too hot. The breakfast was also excellent. I'd definitely consider a second stay here, especially if checking in on a Friday when it's less crowded for an even better experience. [Proud R]

The hotel environment is very nice and quiet, perfect for a trip. A special thank you to our butler, Zeng, who was always there for us. Today, a regular business traveler had a new problem – he had completely forgotten about his suitcase, leaving it lying on the roadside. It was Zeng who helped find and keep it safe. 🙏

Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

When we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

Hidden away on a lakeside peninsula, the Tianmu Lake Hantian Resort is surrounded by bamboo forests. The lake-view rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly capture the stunning mountain and lake scenery. The hillside hot springs, complete with an infinity pool, are definitely the highlight. The resort grounds are quite large, so a shuttle bus is needed to get around. There are plenty of family-friendly facilities (Pinecone Park, trampolines, and petting zoo), and the butler service is attentive. Breakfast includes local specialties like hot pot fish head. On the downside, some buildings have slightly older facilities, some recreational activities cost extra, and during holidays, breakfast can be crowded and parking a hassle. Overall, it's great for families and a relaxing hot spring escape, with a better experience outside of weekends.

This hotel is incredibly quiet, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The Chinese restaurant and gym are both excellent. The pool comes with a steam room; though I couldn't use it due to a health condition, it's a great recreational amenity, and the facilities are comprehensive. The room space is also very generous, making for a fantastic holiday experience. The only noticeable cost-cutting measure was the brand of bottled water provided.

The family room is spacious, the top space is very good, there is a bathtub for dry and wet separation, and the bathroom is also independent. The bedding is clean and tidy, there is no smell, there are no small bugs in the room, sleeping 💤 is very quiet, the special soup is not to be missed, after a day of playing, come back to relax and sleep beautifully. It is really an inn in the scenic area. The scenic area is c. It is very close to everywhere. It is the stream rafting and the spiritual pet paradise. It is very convenient to walk anywhere. Of course, the butler's service is also first-class. We added WeChat one day in advance, informed the play items and instructions, and helped to make an appointment for the free tour in advance. There is also a special vip Zijin bracelet for Yanquan Hanguan. There is an independent channel for rafting without queuing, unlimited brushing! Today, the check-out housekeeper Xiao Liu was very intimate to help the check-out time delay. The 24-hour WeChat butler service was meticulous. This time I brought the children to play. The hotel's location is pretty good, very quiet, and the service is excellent – they're basically ready to help with anything you need. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which is a collaboration with Impress, and the service there is also very good; the water level is perfect. In the afternoon, the sun shines on the pool, making it look especially beautiful. Right next to the hotel is Changzhou's old street, where we had a delicious beef hotpot. The taste was great, and it had a wonderful local vibe.

The overall decor in the Liyang Marriott Hotel's lobby has an antique charm with a touch of freshness; it's simple yet grand. Kiko at the front desk arranged a great room for us in advance. The hotel's parking lot offers free parking, and it's super convenient that the barrier lifts automatically when you leave, no need to scan. It's also very close to tourist attractions and Wanda Plaza, so the location is excellent. Breakfast was plentiful. Both the facilities and services are fantastic, and it's great value for money. Five-star rating, five-star thumbs up!

The place is great for families! I love the setup of the room- balcony and leisure area. They have outdoor activities like ATV, horse riding and kayaking which we enjoyed a lot. Breakfast has nice options, both Chinese and western food. Distance to Nanshan Bamboo Forest is close, and everything else is accessible from the hotel. If you want to go to Tianmahu lake, you can just get a coach nearby. Altogether our experience for 2 nights was lovely! We will book the same hotel when we visit Liyang again in the future.
