Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay, 100% Satisfied! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! This stay was such a delightful surprise, I have to document it! I originally booked a standard suite, but before check-in, the butler, Qingqing, added me on WeChat and communicated with exceptional attention to detail. Perhaps noticing we were on our honeymoon, she discreetly upgraded us to a suite overlooking the hotel's gardens. Opening the window revealed a breathtaking view of greenery, instantly uplifting my spirits. Most thoughtfully, she printed my WeChat profile picture on a leaf – such a small gesture was incredibly touching. The room amenities were Aesop, even the toothbrush was exceptionally comfortable, and there were even scented teaspoons and earplugs by the bedside. The balcony was enormous, and I contacted the staff to ensure the soaking tub was thoroughly disinfected, which gave me peace of mind. Near the reception on the second floor, you can buy mugwort sachets or herbal packs, which were especially relaxing while soaking in the hot tub. Qingqing thoughtfully sent us the hotel's service manual and brochure. She recommended we try the Chinese restaurant and the Friday and Saturday buffet dinners, and they were all excellent. The hotel also offers bookings for photography, spa, and cocktail experiences, perfect for couples or friends to relax and enjoy. She even showed us the hotel's ”King of Rooms,” a private floor with a starry sky ceiling for gazing at the night sky. I need to work hard to earn money so I can bring friends or my family to stay on the top floor next time! The hotel has a great location, close to Tianmu Lake, Nanshan Bamboo Forest, museums, and Highway 1. It's also newer than Zhuxi Valley. I'd love to bring my kids here to experience the children's area and infinity pool when we have children. A heartfelt thank you to our housekeeper, Qingqing, for her attentiveness and professionalism. She made this trip more than just a vacation; it felt like cherished moments of life.

The resort is massive, but there are plenty of shuttle buses, which is super convenient. We were upgraded to a twin room in the main building. The room was very clean, and the view was fantastic; we could see the lake from the balcony, which was incredibly relaxing. The only downside was the poor soundproofing, but it was still quite quiet at night. There's a wide variety of hot springs, and it wasn't crowded at all on a weekday evening, so we had a great time soaking. The changing area is also very spacious. The breakfast restaurant is huge, with a rich selection, and the food actually tasted good too. All the staff were very friendly. I'm very satisfied with this trip! Unfortunately, we were in a hurry, but I'll definitely come back next time to enjoy it at a more leisurely pace.

Traveling with my family, I chose Songjiantang Hotel and was completely blown away! The room was decorated so warmly, with plush bedding and soft lighting that made us feel right at home the moment we stepped in. My favorite part was the garden-style layout – white walls and black tiles accentuating lush greenery. It felt like walking through a classical Jiangnan garden, with every step revealing a new view. Whether relaxing by the window in our room or strolling through the courtyard, it was utterly delightful. The facilities were comprehensive and spotless, making it especially suitable for families. The value for money is outstanding! I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose it again next time!

When we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

We love this place! The hotel rooms were exceptionally clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The staff and personal butlers- 李雪梅 were warm, professional, and always willing to help. Any additional requests we had were handled promptly and thoughtfully, making the entire stay effortless and enjoyable. The park itself is a beautifully designed destination inspired by traditional Chinese culture and the world of ancient martial arts and fantasy. The landscaping is stunning, with lush greenery and peaceful surroundings that make every corner feel picturesque. We were also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food throughout the park—there were plenty of delicious dining options to enjoy. This is a wonderful destination for families with children as well as anyone looking to experience a unique blend of nature, culture, and relaxation. We had an amazing time and would gladly recommend it to anyone planning a family getaway.

Equivalent to a 3 star place even though it might be marked 4 stars. Check in was not great as they informed us that we might be bumped for the last 2 nights of the 3 nights we booked. I thought if I was able to successfully book, you have no right to bump me, but apparently a group tried to reserve a bunch of rooms for a conference. Luckily we got to stay the full 3 nights. Room is pretty large for the room with 2 beds. Room condition is pretty new but nothing luxurious, hence i say it is not 4 star. The washer was convenient for our laundry and they had a mini fridge not typical of hotels, but I think this might be one of those service type hotels. I would book again for the price, but the possibility of getting bumped did not leave a good taste.

It is very easy to find in Wanda Business Building. The car is parked in Wanda and the elevator goes directly to Wanda. The room is spacious and bright. The washing machine and refrigerator are very new. The bed is very comfortable and I slept well at night. There are many restaurants nearby.
