The hotel's location is great, and the surroundings are quiet. The mall next door is very convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and very pleasant to interact with. Breakfast was good, and I really enjoyed the books available at Atour; I always find a quiet moment to read. Wishing the business prosperity!

The late-night congee service was incredibly thoughtful. After a whole day at the Dinosaur Park without eating, it was really nice to have some congee in the evening. The hotel service was excellent; I couldn't find a single fault, except for a slight smell in the elevator which had just been serviced.

This stay was such a delightful surprise, I have to document it! I originally booked a standard suite, but before check-in, the butler, Qingqing, added me on WeChat and communicated with exceptional attention to detail. Perhaps noticing we were on our honeymoon, she discreetly upgraded us to a suite overlooking the hotel's gardens. Opening the window revealed a breathtaking view of greenery, instantly uplifting my spirits. Most thoughtfully, she printed my WeChat profile picture on a leaf – such a small gesture was incredibly touching. The room amenities were Aesop, even the toothbrush was exceptionally comfortable, and there were even scented teaspoons and earplugs by the bedside. The balcony was enormous, and I contacted the staff to ensure the soaking tub was thoroughly disinfected, which gave me peace of mind. Near the reception on the second floor, you can buy mugwort sachets or herbal packs, which were especially relaxing while soaking in the hot tub. Qingqing thoughtfully sent us the hotel's service manual and brochure. She recommended we try the Chinese restaurant and the Friday and Saturday buffet dinners, and they were all excellent. The hotel also offers bookings for photography, spa, and cocktail experiences, perfect for couples or friends to relax and enjoy. She even showed us the hotel's ”King of Rooms,” a private floor with a starry sky ceiling for gazing at the night sky. I need to work hard to earn money so I can bring friends or my family to stay on the top floor next time! The hotel has a great location, close to Tianmu Lake, Nanshan Bamboo Forest, museums, and Highway 1. It's also newer than Zhuxi Valley. I'd love to bring my kids here to experience the children's area and infinity pool when we have children. A heartfelt thank you to our housekeeper, Qingqing, for her attentiveness and professionalism. She made this trip more than just a vacation; it felt like cherished moments of life.

Had a very pleasant stay while visiting friends. Friendly, helpful staff (checking in with my passport was quick and easy), clean room with solid amenities, and a simple but solid Chinese-style breakfast. My only minor complaint was the (slightly) anemic shower, but hardly a deal breaker. Also very well located as I was able to walk to the metro, train station, several shopping malls and the big local park all in around 20 minutes or less. With the very reasonable price, I would definitely stay here the next time I'm in Changzhou.

Songjiantang is perfectly situated in Qingguo Lane, offering convenient parking. It’s the best of both worlds: step outside to a bustling scene, yet find serene tranquility upon returning. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the rooms spotlessly clean. Our entire family was thoroughly impressed and delighted with our stay. While ground-floor, north-facing rooms might feel a touch damp during the rainy season, it’s worth remembering that the hotel is a protected historical building. These minor imperfections, perhaps, are simply the charming patina of age, like ancient moss gracefully linking the past to the present. Here, you can peacefully listen to the rain in the courtyard or enjoy a solitary moment at night. You can also discover unexpected delights, such as the Qing Dynasty couplets by Qian Yong adorning the corridors. The ambiance is so serene that even observing others enjoying a drink can make one feel utterly peaceful, almost transcendent, like an immortal. Should we return to Changzhou, we would absolutely choose to stay here again.

We stayed in a loft-style room with our child. The room was very spacious; even if two adults and two children stayed together, it wouldn't feel cramped at all. There was even a bag of building blocks in the room for the kids to play with. With the heater on, it was very warm both upstairs and downstairs. I've stayed in many family-friendly hotels with my child, and this one is definitely the best in terms of service. The staff were genuinely enthusiastic. Before check-in, the butler kept in touch with me about various activities, and the hotel kept bringing us things—drinks, fruit, afternoon tea, and a heartwarming bowl of porridge in the evening. We were already full just from the complimentary items! Li Rencui from the housekeeping department was very warm and attentive, even washing our child's clothes for us—we felt so bad! We hadn't made a reservation for afternoon tea, but the staff proactively arranged something for us. The staff member next to the hot pot pool was also very attentive, constantly reminding the children to check their feet for blisters if they soaked for too long. My child soaked for too long and refused to get out, resulting in wrinkles on their feet, and the staff member even thoughtfully found some band-aids for them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends bringing their children; it's like the Haidilao of the hotel world!

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

I absolutely have to recommend this fantastic hotel in Changzhou! 🤩 It's right next to Changzhou Railway Station, making transportation incredibly convenient – you can spot it as soon as you exit the station. A real godsend for anyone who values ease! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️ First off, the price is simply unbeatable! The room rates are incredibly affordable (especially compared to other hotels of its kind), and there's a swimming pool to enjoy. Staying here in the summer would be absolutely amazing! 🏊‍♀️💦 The rooms are also very spacious, so you won't feel cramped at all – plenty of space to stretch out and truly relax! 🛌✨ The breakfast, though, is an absolute standout! The dining environment is elegant, and there's an extensive selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, sure to satisfy every palate! 🍳🥐🥑 Hongmei Park and Tianning Temple are right next door, making it super convenient for sightseeing and easily checking off multiple attractions! 🌳🕍 Each room also thoughtfully includes men's razors, 4 bottles of mineral water, fresh fruit, drinks, and snacks – amenities that are practically five-star quality! (＾ｖ＾)🤓 The only minor issue I encountered was that the air conditioner vent was directly above the desk, making it a bit chilly if you're working there for extended periods. All in all, the value for money here is exceptionally high – truly a must-stay hotel for anyone visiting Changzhou! 😘💖 **Tips:** 1️⃣ The hotel's excellent location makes getting around easy; it's recommended to book ahead. 2️⃣ With full amenities and attentive service, you're guaranteed a comfortable stay. 3️⃣ The surrounding area offers numerous attractions, so be sure to plan your sightseeing itinerary thoroughly!

Had a fantastic time at Changzhou Dinosaur Park Hotel, truly deserving of a great review! I especially want to commend the staff; every detail was incredibly thoughtful. I was a bit worried about traveling with a child, but as soon as the staff saw our little one, they immediately helped us with our luggage, showed us the way, and even gave our kid a small dinosaur toy, which made them incredibly happy. This genuine service attitude left a deeper impression than any of the amenities. Next time I'm in Changzhou, I'll definitely choose this hotel again! 👍🦕

The room was spacious and bright, clean and tidy, with all amenities provided, which was a pleasant surprise upon entering. The staff were warm and attentive, promptly responding to requests and offering help and guidance. This was my first time in Changzhou, and it definitely left a great impression!
