It was a perfect stay, a great value choice! From the room and facilities to the service and transportation, I was extremely satisfied. I felt the warmth and professionalism of the front desk manager; their welcoming service made me feel like family. Luggage can be stored for free at the front desk. The room was very comfortable, not cramped at all. The curtains provided excellent blackout, and I loved the large window that offered a great view of the nightscape. The room had fresh air, without any unpleasant smells. Most importantly, the bed height was perfect, and I slept very well.

The room was clean and tidy with a super large bed. The courtyard was lovely, and we were very happy to bring our pet. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay with attentive and thoughtful service. The bedding was soft and super comfortable, and the outdoor balcony had amazing natural light with beautiful views of Tianmu Lake right outside the window. The environment was clean and beautiful, healing all our blues. The only minor issue was that pets aren't allowed in the restaurant.
