Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled.
What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, nestled among green mountains and overlooking the shimmering Tianmu Lake, giving it a tranquil and comfortable ambiance. It truly is a great spot for relaxation and wellness. We booked a Deluxe Lake View Room, and the hotel even upgraded us for free to a Luxury Lake View Room. The hotel also offers a variety of fun amenities for children, making it perfect for families with kids. What's even more appealing to visitors is the Cloud Top Observation Deck, which offers panoramic views of Tianmu Lake's beautiful scenery, with lush mountains and clear waters as far as the eye can see – truly a feast for the eyes. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast restaurant is grand and situated right by Tianmu Lake. You can enjoy your breakfast while taking in the stunning lake and mountain views, which really enhances your appetite. The Chinese restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, with plenty of choices, and the prices are quite reasonable. However, there was one minor disappointment: we wanted to rent the electric scooter with a sidecar located at the entrance of the children's playground. After a series of complicated scanning procedures, the screen displayed that we were over 65 years old and denied us use. How wonderful it would have been to explore the beautiful scenery around the hotel on that electric scooter with a sidecar! We had no problems driving 260 kilometers from Shanghai to the hotel ourselves! We understand that the hotel's concern for the safety of older guests is valid, so we suggest that it would be more accommodating to allow older individuals with a valid driver's license to use it. Overall, this hotel is still very good. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Tianmu Lake in the future.

DDORISTAOOMy boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

GGuest UserLet’s talk about the advantages first: the Chinese style of the B&B is very design-friendly, and the facilities newly opened last year are also very new. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the butler's service was attentive and considerate. The flower and tree decorations in the yard downstairs are very beautiful and artistic, and you can take pictures everywhere. Before leaving, I was given a souvenir.
Disadvantages: The children's paradise and the cute pet paradise were being renovated when I checked in. It was a bit regretful that the baby came because there was a children's paradise. Also, I feel that the planning idea is very good. There are small tents and a swimming pool, but it may lack maintenance due to insufficient manpower. The pool was filled with dust, and the small tent was filled with debris.
Overall, the flaws outweigh the flaws. If I have the chance to come to Liyang next time, I will still take my children to stay in this B&B.

GGuest UserFood: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

GGanghaoyujiannin!I have decided to give this review in English so that it will help our foreign friend’s who wanted to visit Changzhou and find a decent domestic 5-star hotel at friction of the cost.
This is the 2nd time I booked my stay at 常州远洲酒店. Excellent hotel with excellent location located near the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception front desk staff. Breakfast was excellent and spread full of an airy, open and bright restaurant, it offers hotel guest a mixed menu with International dishes.
All of them makes our trip very welcoming, the luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again 小周for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is really nice. I loved the open-plan lounge area and the panoramic elevator was a real eye-catcher. LILY arranged a very quiet room for me with great natural light and large floor-to-ceiling windows. Even though it was a standard room, it felt spacious. The late-night noodles she recommended were also a thoughtful touch. Very satisfied!

Sylvia at the front desk was absolutely amazing; she handled my check-in efficiently and was incredibly friendly. She answered all my questions and even kindly reminded me about breakfast and pool hours. Her attention to detail really made me feel right at home!

The front desk staff, especially the lady at the reception, was very thoughtful. At check-out, they even gave us a small dinosaur souvenir. The hotel's location is perfect, right downstairs from Dino Water Town, which was incredibly convenient.

Nniuniu_mhcUpon arriving at the Quchanli Hot Spring Resort in Liyang, I was first captivated by the beautiful scenery, and then impressed by the service provided by our housekeeper, Xiao Tao. He was professional and meticulous, thoroughly knowledgeable about the hotel's facilities and surroundings, and offered many helpful suggestions. The room was spotless, the infinity pool was stunning, and the hot springs were the perfect temperature for a relaxing soak. Xiao Tao even made reservations at a local restaurant, allowing me to savor authentic Liyang cuisine. Our entire stay was a complete pleasure, with no inconveniences and was completely satisfactory!
