Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled.
What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, nestled among green mountains and overlooking the shimmering Tianmu Lake, giving it a tranquil and comfortable ambiance. It truly is a great spot for relaxation and wellness. We booked a Deluxe Lake View Room, and the hotel even upgraded us for free to a Luxury Lake View Room. The hotel also offers a variety of fun amenities for children, making it perfect for families with kids. What's even more appealing to visitors is the Cloud Top Observation Deck, which offers panoramic views of Tianmu Lake's beautiful scenery, with lush mountains and clear waters as far as the eye can see – truly a feast for the eyes. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast restaurant is grand and situated right by Tianmu Lake. You can enjoy your breakfast while taking in the stunning lake and mountain views, which really enhances your appetite. The Chinese restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, with plenty of choices, and the prices are quite reasonable. However, there was one minor disappointment: we wanted to rent the electric scooter with a sidecar located at the entrance of the children's playground. After a series of complicated scanning procedures, the screen displayed that we were over 65 years old and denied us use. How wonderful it would have been to explore the beautiful scenery around the hotel on that electric scooter with a sidecar! We had no problems driving 260 kilometers from Shanghai to the hotel ourselves! We understand that the hotel's concern for the safety of older guests is valid, so we suggest that it would be more accommodating to allow older individuals with a valid driver's license to use it. Overall, this hotel is still very good. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Tianmu Lake in the future.

DDORISTAOOMy boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

GGuest UserFood: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

GGuest UserThe highest-priced hotels in Oriental Salt Lake City, several others have not lived in and cannot be compared horizontally.
Facilities: All hotels in the scenic area have to park to the hotel's dedicated parking lot to the hotel center after check-in and then take the shuttle bus to the hotel, the whole process is slightly inconvenient. However, the hotel is the best location in the scenic area. It is very convenient to watch the performance and visit the scenic area. It takes a few minutes to walk to the core area. Hotel facilities should have some, live very comfortable, that is, the wooden structure is not very soundproof, if you are not lucky, the next door is noisy, it will be uncomfortable.
Hygienic: The room is good, clean and tidy, and there is no problem with public area hygiene.
Environment: The hotel environment is very good, the building and the scenic spot are very good, there is a more atmosphere, the hotel location is quiet, although it is very close to the core area of the scenic spot, but it will not feel noisy in the hotel.
Service: The hotel service is good during the stay, the only thing is that some links of leaving the store are more procrastinating
To sum up, if the budget is enough, and there is a need for multiple days to play or overnight in the Oriental Salt Lake City Scenic Area, Yanquan Hanguan Hotel is worth recommending

The environment of the canteen is combined with western and Shanghai culture from the 19th Century to Now.
You may find the traditional Western breakfast, such as grilled tomatoes with French bread and cafe, also with steamed belt fish , vegetables and Chinese dumplings.

GGuest UserFirst off, the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The hotel environment was quiet and peaceful with soft music playing, and the flow of movement was well-designed. There were many common areas for resting and chatting, and they offered both hot and cold teas with different flavors. The front desk staff were also super friendly; they responded very quickly to requests and were efficient. The airport transfer service was an unexpected bonus! I especially want to thank Cynthia; when she saw I had luggage, she proactively asked and then helped arrange the transfer. It was punctual and reliable, which made my departure much less stressful.

We arrived around noon and headed straight to the restaurant for the fish head soup, and also ordered the meatball and vermicelli dish – both were delicious! Plus, members get a discount. The room was pretty standard, but they were very responsive to all our requests. The front desk staff were attentive and helpful, proactively assisting me with any issues. There's a park and the Liyang Museum nearby, both worth a visit. Overall, pretty good value for money.

The lobby is sumptuously decorated, and there's a singer performing in the evenings, which creates a fantastic atmosphere. Lucky, the front desk attendant, was incredibly helpful and upgraded our room and arranged breakfast for our stay. The room was very comfortable, and she also enthusiastically recommended nearby attractions. The breakfast spread was rich and varied. This trip was definitely worth it, and I'll choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changzhou!

Nniuniu_mhcUpon arriving at the Quchanli Hot Spring Resort in Liyang, I was first captivated by the beautiful scenery, and then impressed by the service provided by our housekeeper, Xiao Tao. He was professional and meticulous, thoroughly knowledgeable about the hotel's facilities and surroundings, and offered many helpful suggestions. The room was spotless, the infinity pool was stunning, and the hot springs were the perfect temperature for a relaxing soak. Xiao Tao even made reservations at a local restaurant, allowing me to savor authentic Liyang cuisine. Our entire stay was a complete pleasure, with no inconveniences and was completely satisfactory!
