設施還是蠻新的，床品也不錯。但軟件用一塌糊塗來評價也不為過。入住當天、我一直在開會、然後民宿和攜程開始電話轟炸、提供打了8個電話，掛斷後繼續打，不接電話誓不罷休，打電話的目的是要和我確認我幾點入住。作為攜程的黑鑽會員、第一次發生這種情況，我是閃住擔保的、還能跑了不成？然後從入住到退房聯繫幾次要求加微信，這個邏輯也沒懂，我不加微信就不能開票給我。難道郵箱和短消息都是擺設？晚上吃飯、餐廳裏空無一人，好不容易來了個服務員、告訴我們大眾點評上的團購不能用、因為需要預約。但大眾點評上明明寫着“無需預約”，給服務員看了之後啞口無言了。然後這沒有那沒有，衹能看看後廚後啥，一來一回，花了20分鐘來確認。酒店桌球的地方有很多釘子，被紮了，幸好沒有流血。地暖設定了一晚上，最後衹能打到20度，一定需要開空調。但空調的兩個出門口都正對床，開了覺得熱，不開覺得冷。所謂温泉泡池就是一個磚砌的小池子，這也罷了，問題是和洗澡是一個地方，放了一會水，表面飄起一層的污垢，看着噁心，衹能放棄泡澡的想法。然後衞生間，門正對床，簾子的大小和門寬幅一致，基本是卡着的。導致掀起的時候很不方便。以上總總設計，還在無語，太絕了。
