NNicoleneOverall the stay wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great. I just wanted to say that the staff are amazing, super helpful and assisted when they could but I did have to ask for help often. The pool is basically still water as it doesn’t have a filter , so there was algae in it, which isn’t great.. the bath was broken but they said people don’t use them, my friend and I wanted to use it as that’s why we booked this hotel so we ended up fixing it ourselves. Lunch and dinner options were limited and they don’t really have a cook most the time. You call get a didi to the hotel but you they won’t pick you up there unless you prebook, the hotel can give you a contact for a driver and he’s amazing and willing to work for a full day with out worry, his prices are low and he even spoke to people when we needed tickets to attractions so we didn’t have to use a translator app. Overall the stay was lovely, but it’s not ideal if you want to travel around.

I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table.
I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty.
On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA.

GGuest UserThe hotel has convenient transportation and a great environment. You can have afternoon tea on the canopy on the big lawn. Children can play to their heart's content in spring and autumn. The hotel also organized a simple check-in activity when checking in. The children had a lot of fun. There will be outdoor movies on the big lawn at night. The rooms are clean and hygienic. According to the layout of the hotel, almost every room can see the mountain and lake views. The dishes in the Chinese restaurant are also very good. I strongly recommend the chickens raised in the back mountain of the hotel. You can catch them yourself and the hotel will process one chicken for four dishes. It is absolutely delicious! Highly recommended for those who want to take their kids on a vacation!

GGuest UserThis is one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The hotel location is beautiful, if you are a nature lover then this is a place to visit. There is a lot of fun things to do within the area. There are hot springs, boat riding, quad biking, zip lining and children’s play areas just to name a few. A lot of these activities are within walking distance from the hotel and if you’re not a fan of walking, the hotel provides free transportation to all the surrounding sites and amenities. The room was spacious and the staff cleaned the room thoroughly every morning. The views from our room were stunning and the service was flawless. My family and I will definitely be returning and we’ll be recommending it to everyone. 👍🏾🥰
