"Staying at this amazing ocean-themed family hotel with my little one was a 10/10 experience! As soon as we walked in, we were captivated by the huge cruise ship bow, and ocean elements were everywhere in the lobby. The kids' amenities in the room were also fantastic – special toothbrushes, slippers, starfish-shaped soap, and even adorable ocean-themed decorations. My child absolutely loved it. The rooftop playground was a paradise for kids, with so many fun attractions they couldn't stop playing. Plus, there's a beautiful Ferris wheel right next to it. We took a ride and got stunning views of the entire city – perfect for photos! "It's quite convenient as it's very close to the Dinosaur Park, and the hotel's overall theme is also dinosaur-themed, which my child found quite novel. However, the overall service was quite poor:
1. The restaurant forcibly requested ID numbers, otherwise, we couldn't order the lunch set meal. This is both illegal and a rip-off. I have already reported it to the relevant authorities.
2. The service is a mere formality: they supposedly offer a butler service like other resort hotels, but the result was just one mass message on the day of check-in, and then we couldn't contact anyone anymore. If they can't provide proper service, they shouldn't bother with a fake butler service."

GGracjaService: Absolutely perfect, a perfect 100% rating! We were incredibly fortunate to have our butler, Zeng, with us for these three days. He not only upgraded us to a more comfortable and spacious room and suggested travel routes, but also offered a great deal of assistance. For example, when we couldn't hail a taxi on the bridge, he generously came to our rescue and drove us back to the hotel – like a ray of sunshine breaking through the gloomy rain. Furthermore, all the staff, including those in the restaurant, front desk, and housekeeping, demonstrated exceptionally high professionalism throughout these three days. Without exaggeration, based solely on this high-quality service, I would recommend this hotel to anyone in my area who is considering traveling here.
Cleanliness: Although the hotel is probably a bit old, it is very clean and tidy, and I didn't find any hygiene issues.
Environment: Located right on the shore of Tianmu Lake, the sunset over the lake is truly breathtaking, and the surroundings are very quiet. The hot spring water temperature is very comfortable, and cycling is also possible, making it perfect for a vacation or relaxation.
Facilities: The breakfast selection is plentiful; the rice and pork ribs are the best. I suggest adding Western-style breakfast options, such as European-style bread, cheese slices, and ham slices. Due to time constraints, I only experienced the hot springs, which were quite nice. The outdoor hot springs are divided into several different medicinal baths, and hot tea and fruit are provided. However, the outdoor water surface inevitably has some dead branches, fallen leaves, and other impurities floating on it, and you also need to be careful of flying mosquitoes.

It truly is a great spot for relaxation and wellness. We booked a Deluxe Lake View Room, and the hotel even upgraded us for free to a Luxury Lake View Room. The hotel also offers a variety of fun amenities for children, making it perfect for families with kids. What's even more appealing to visitors is the Cloud Top Observation Deck, which offers panoramic views of Tianmu Lake's beautiful scenery, with lush mountains and clear waters as far as the eye can see – truly a feast for the eyes. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast restaurant is grand and situated right by Tianmu Lake. You can enjoy your breakfast while taking in the stunning lake and mountain views, which really enhances your appetite. The Chinese restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, with plenty of choices, and the prices are quite reasonable. However, there was one minor disappointment: we wanted to rent the electric scooter with a sidecar located at the entrance of the children's playground. After a series of complicated scanning procedures, the screen displayed that we were over 65 years old and denied us use. How wonderful it would have been to explore the beautiful scenery around the hotel on that electric scooter with a sidecar! We had no problems driving 260 kilometers from Shanghai to the hotel ourselves! We understand that the hotel's concern for the safety of older guests is valid, so we suggest that it would be more accommodating to allow older individuals with a valid driver's license to use it. Overall, this hotel is still very good. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Tianmu Lake in the future.

If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. DDDinaOur initial room wasn't great, but the staff helped us pick a room with a beautiful view, which was fantastic! 👍 The hotel breakfast had a good variety, but the Chinese restaurant's set meal wasn't worth the price. We barely touched the tofu and black rice, and the plate of four pan-fried buns had a pickled vegetable filling 😓. The only good thing was the fish head soup, which was very fresh and delicious 😋. The hot springs ♨️ are conveniently located right next to the hotel. It was so relaxing to soak there and wash away the fatigue, and it wasn't crowded at all, which was a bonus. The Bamboo Sea wasn't crowded either, and we didn't have to wait in line for the mini-train 🚄 or the cable car 🚡. The only downside was the slightly overcast weather; it would have been perfect if it had been sunny!

It was very convenient to stay here during the National Day holiday when I went to Changzhou Dinosaur Park. It's also very close to Global Harbor, only a 10 yuan taxi ride away. YYijienbIt was a great trip to Liyang~
The B&B is very comfortable, the room size is just right, the sink and table are clean, and toiletries are provided. There are bathrobes, disposable slippers, and clean towels. I have never slept on such a big bed, measuring 2.4 meters. It's so comfortable lying down or upright. The village is very quiet at night and the sound insulation is okay.
I came here during a non-holiday period, so there weren't many people there. I didn't have to queue up to eat, soak in hot springs or go to attractions. I really had a great time.
This hot spring is larger than the surrounding ones, and the service staff are also very enthusiastic. It can be seen that the investment is very large. I will bring my family here next time.
