MM17182****My wife and I booked this hotel for our birthday, and also to enjoy the hot springs. The experience was fantastic. The hotel is located on a mountain next to the Yushui Hot Spring, and we were able to get around by the butler's car and the elevator, ensuring maximum privacy. They even upgraded our room for free, giving us even more stunning mountain views. Our stay also included complimentary tickets to the Yushui Hot Spring, Tianmu Lake, and Nanshan Bamboo Forest, allowing us to explore all of Liyang's key scenic spots in one trip. During our stay, our butler, Kong Nan, provided impeccable service, elevating our experience to a whole new level. Highly recommended, we'll definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

GGuest UserMy kid insisted on a hot spring hotel for Chinese New Year, and since we'd pretty much stayed at all the ones in Nanjing, we opted for Hantian in Tianmu Lake.
**Cleanliness:** The hotel's overall cleanliness was really good, from the rooms to the hot springs and the restaurant.
**Environment:** The environment is genuinely lovely, nestled by mountains and water. The resort is also quite spacious, perfect for kids.
**Facilities:** The room was big enough, but the facilities felt a bit outdated. There's plenty of parking, but spaces near the main building are scarce, so you often have to park at P4. Although there's a shuttle, it still felt a bit inconvenient.
**Service:** The service was genuinely excellent. Before our arrival, a dedicated butler contacted us, sent us the location, and reminded us about breakfast times.
**Welcome Fruit & Minibar:** We stayed two nights, and they provided these daily. We didn't finish the fruit on the first day, but they still replenished it on the second. The minibar also had a good variety, including two cans of beer, which saved us a trip out.
**Couple's 180° Lake View Half-Mountain Hot Spring Tickets:** They also included daily hot spring tickets and trampoline park tickets. The hot springs were indeed fantastic, with many pools. The lakeside pools offered breathtaking views, and with the good weather these past two days, we could even see the Big Dipper.

The hotel is right on the shore of Tianmu Lake. Manager Zeng kindly upgraded us to a lake-view room for free 🥳 The floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the lake, and sitting by the window, we could enjoy the view – very pleasant! While the hotel facilities are consistent with renovations from 10 years ago, they were clean and tidy.
The room included a 100 RMB voucher for authentic Tianmu Lake fish head hot pot, which we ordered a day in advance from Manager Zeng. The soup was indeed delicious, and the fish was tender – clearly made with fresh fish. It was great value after the discount! We also ordered celery and pork ribs, which came to about 100 RMB per person. Lunch at the hotel ends at 1 PM, so it's recommended to book in advance with the manager.
The hotel package includes a complimentary bicycle for one hour of riding. We actually rode for about 3 hours, starting around 10:30 AM and returning around 1:30 PM. The hotel provided Giant mountain bikes, which were excellent and comfortable to ride! At Tianmu Lake scenic area, only electric bikes are available for rent; bicycles are almost nonexistent, and family bicycles are even less common! The hotel's (actually free) bicycle rental service was fantastic! Our route was hotel-Shahe Bridge-hotel, and the return trip on Highway 1 was almost entirely downhill with beautiful scenery – a truly wonderful experience!
The hotel's hot spring is outdoor; you need to bring your swimsuit if you want to use it. Guests can use the outdoor hot spring for free. We didn't bring our swimsuits, and it felt a bit chilly outside, so we skipped it. Our manager recommended an indoor hot spring in Liyang city called Jinsha Hot Spring, about a 25-minute drive from the scenic area. We took our child there; it cost 80 RMB per person, including one meal, and allowed 12 hours of use – also quite good!

GGuest UserWhen we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

GGuest UserThis hotel is near the Flower Expo Park, and the lake-view rooms offer a great view. The fish-shaped art installations in the common areas are lively and make for excellent photos. The overall style is modern and subtly luxurious, with thoughtful details hidden throughout. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the service was attentive. The stay was fantastic – this is definitely my top choice when visiting Changzhou!

SSumaaaa._I absolutely loved the stay, i have stayed in multiple hotels all around China including Shanghai, Chengdu, Beijing, Chongqing and etc, but by far this hotel had the MOST comfiest bed. It felt like laying on a cloud.
I actually booked a queen room with the bathtub in the picture and when I checked in, they told me that after renovation they only have a bathtub in the family room. We were okay with it but in a few minutes a staff came and showed us to our new room with a bathtub. They were very friendly, accommodating and understanding.
Not to mention the room being super spacious, having a huge mirror, having a tv and an electronic toilet. The amenities were amazing. Likewise, the interior of the room was beautiful.
The location is also amazing, there are many malls just outside including huge malls with international brands. The location is prime.
This is by far my favourite hotel I have stayed in China and will stay there again!! Cant wait to go back

Wwfo0322862Booked the economical Bestay Express, which is actually in the same building as Jinjiang Inn, with unified management and service, but Bestay Express is on the 2nd floor, while Jinjiang Inn is on a higher floor and needs to swipe a card to take the elevator. Although the room is not big, it has all the necessary facilities, and even has a shared laundry room. I bought breakfast at the front desk, which is very affordable at 10 yuan per person. There are porridge, side dishes, buns, milk, bread, and vegetables, which is very worthwhile! There are some snack bars and small restaurants in the residential area about a 5-minute walk away. The bus station is also about five minutes away. Overall, it is highly recommended, clean and economical accommodation.
