"The receptionist didn't give me a good impression; it made us feel like we were begging her. What's even more ridiculous is that they said friends of non-guests aren't allowed in. If someone is just visiting, are their friends supposed to be right at the entrance? It's unreasonable. If they're staying overnight, that's inappropriate, but they can't even go up to check on them?"

"As with all Atour hotels, they im gneeral have very very good cleanliness and amenities. The room smells good with all the updated lifestyle tech. The biggest problem with Atour and all the local chain hotels in China is their problem in tackling smokers. No-smoking sign was not honored,where uncles literally smoking under the sign, yet none of their staffs did anything. Do it in an intl chain hotel like Marriott and they will surely kick your ass. Luckily my room didn't smell like cigarettes this time."

"We stayed at this hotel with our two-year-old, and we chose it because it's right next to an amusement park. The hotel's location is quite good, right by the lake, perfect for an evening stroll. Transportation is so-so, more suitable for those driving. We, four adults and one child, booked two children's suites. We called in advance to reserve rooms suitable for the boys: one with a forest animal theme and one with a space theme. The child preferred the forest animal theme. Advantages: Suitable for children, with a large amusement park downstairs and additional paid attractions like a carousel; The rooms are spacious, the bathroom has a well-designed wet and dry separation, and there's a separate toilet and potty for the children; The receptionist was very attentive, calling in advance to confirm our arrival time and helping us turn on the air conditioning; The child loved the slide in the room and played on it countless times. Cons: Breakfast was laid out in advance and was cold by the time we went down to eat; the playground equipment was quite old and many rides were closed; the children's slippers had probably been stored for a while and the soles broke easily; the children's sink, while low, was too deep and out of reach—an extension accessory would be a good option; there were no crib railings. Overall, the flaws don't outweigh the merits; it's great value for money, and the children had a lot of fun."

"The room was spacious, with music playing as soon as you entered, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The room also had an external window, unlike some hotels where the window is merely decorative. Breakfast was delivered to the room; it was Chinese breakfast, with very thick porridge that was clearly freshly made – no pre-prepared dishes. The light and nourishing broth was perfect for my sensitive stomach. The soundproofing was also decent, and I slept quite comfortably."
