Plus, having a RT-Mart supermarket right next door was really handy for shopping."

"The room is spacious, and the twin beds are quite wide. The bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub, which is a nice touch. The cleanliness is good too, with no dust on the tables. With the hot weather, the room was kept at a comfortable 23 degrees Celsius, and the soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast had a great variety. For afternoon tea, you can have unlimited coffee, though there weren't many pastries, and it seemed like there was no hot water available."

"We took advantage of off-peak travel to visit Changzhou for a two-day, one-night trip with our child. The Wenpu Hotel has an amazing location – it's the first time I've ever encountered a hotel where the subway directly connects to an underground plaza, which then leads straight to the hotel's basement level. There were even staff members in the basement to guide us. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a dinosaur-themed kids' room! As soon as we walked in, we saw dinosaur plushies and a little play kitchen – our child was absolutely thrilled. It was also the first time we'd slept on a 2.4-meter king-size bed; previously, 1.8-meter beds felt a bit cramped with two adults and a child. Just for that, I think Wenpu really gets it. The room was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtful. They've done an excellent job with the parent-child aspects, and every staff member we met had an incredibly friendly attitude. Overall, the experience was perfect. There are museums, libraries, and other attractions nearby. We'll definitely stay at Wenpu again next time we're in Changzhou!"

"We brought our kids to watch the public competition and initially booked two nights, mainly because this was the 'official hotel.' However, we found it so comfortable that we extended our stay to five nights. Overall, highly recommended! * **Excellent Location:** It's super convenient to get to the competition venue and explore the surrounding area. Changzhou Museum and the city library are nearby, making it a great spot for families with kids. * **Warm Service:** A special shout-out to Liana at the front desk. From check-in to extending our stay, she was consistently warm, attentive, and her smile was truly infectious. Although Lucia, the intern at the breakfast restaurant, is young, her sincerity shone through every day. The housekeeping staff kept our room spotless daily, and the bell boy was also very friendly. Just a small suggestion: Of course, there were a few staff members whose service attitude was cold and stern. One even told us, ”This is your problem to solve!” – which honestly made me want to swear! I hope the hotel can improve the service awareness of some staff members. While it's understandable to prioritize athletes during competitions, it's also important to pay more attention to the experience of regular guests. After all, events are temporary, but guest reputation lasts. A bit more balance in operations would make the experience even more perfect. Overall, I'm satisfied and grateful for everyone I met during our trip!"

"Despite its old-fashioned business-style design, the rooms are well-maintained and spacious, with a well-separated wet and dry area. They also provided complimentary fruit and milk upon check-in. There were no robots or staff delivering takeout, so you had to pick it up yourself, which was inconvenient. I stayed several times, but they asked for my contact information each time. I told them I didn't like the room type I had on my second stay, but they still accommodated me on my third. For repeat guests, I recommend leaving notes about your preferences. The service was good, and the room change was quick."

The lobby is sumptuously decorated, and there's a singer performing in the evenings, which creates a fantastic atmosphere. "The hotel grounds are really expansive; walking around takes a lot of steps! Taking a shuttle bus around the park for a leisurely ride is a great option. Whenever I needed help, the staff I encountered were quick to respond. Before arrival, the butler Iris proactively reached out to confirm my itinerary, and communicating any requests was very smooth. Even if you don't leave the hotel, you can easily arrange for walks, enjoy the breeze, or exercise. The amenities are complete, and they even provided local snacks. Overall, everything was excellent."

"The hotel's location is excellent, visible right from the subway exit. However, the roundabout way to get to the main entrance is truly bizarre and hopefully can be improved. On the first day, I stayed in a west-facing room which was quite hot, and the air conditioning wasn't on during this season. The second day, I changed rooms at the front desk, and it was much more comfortable. The service was good, and breakfast was decent; the 'silver thread noodles' are definitely worth trying."

"The location is super convenient, right next to the high-speed train station. It shares a parking lot with Wuyue Plaza, making it easy to shop and dine. The decor is also a style I love, a French elegant vibe that's great for photos. The breakfast was quite good and plentiful, especially since I prefer Western pastries. They offer two types of croissants daily and you can order Eggs Benedict, which was a nice touch. Plus, you can even pack up leftovers, which is fantastic! I mentioned my anniversary in advance, and they helped decorate the room, which was very thoughtful. The only minor issue is that the executive rooms are the same size as standard rooms, but otherwise, I was quite satisfied. Big thanks to Manda for the proactive communication and for arranging my room; the whole process was incredibly smooth. The service was meticulous, and I highly recommend everyone to check this place out!"
