房間還可以，就是電壓不穩，隔幾分鐘就斷一次電，然後又很快恢復，每次恢復還伴有門鈴響，一整夜就沒停，早上5點到5:10期間更是門鈴一直響。後來跟店家反應，才説我們的房間就是電壓不穩，但是一整天也沒有再給調其它房間。晚上回來的比較晚為了安全考慮也沒下樓問，後來説可以免費給續住一晚，但我們也就來旅遊住一晚，也不想再麻煩了。

酒店距離淹城動物園很近，走過去五分鐘就能到。酒店早餐是送到房間的。酒店沒有電梯，在入住時，吧枱員工會幫忙把行李送上樓。酒店有停車券，對自駕的朋友比較友好。旁邊都有餐廳，也可以點外賣。房間內設施簡單，但也算乾淨，但是沒有小童用品，帶小童的旅客需要注意哦。

酒店環境和服務人員都很不錯，早餐送到房間很棒，臨窗的景色可以欣賞一下，唯一美中不足的是：衞生間全是透明玻璃，不知道能不能考慮一下貼個東西，不然即使家庭出遊還有點尷尬

服務態度很好，雖然沒有給陽台房，但是，隔音實在是無語了。旁邊房間的娃半夜1點還在吵。早晨6點繼續吵。完全一點都不隔音，可以説一點都不隔音。毫無隔音效果。
