Hotel was lovely,the executive lounge offered a variety of options for dinner. The executive lounge staff was kind and welcoming,they helped us with many tasks. They have a free bar in the executive lounge from 5-9:30pm daily.

We went for anniversary. Marriot Changzhou is perfect. It has everything you need. I just would like to comment that in other Marriots I saw more western breakfast than this Marriot.

Cost benefit don’t match very expensive, but the comfort seems the same as a cheaper one.

Upon arriving to the hotel, the front desk staff were very friendly. Although this is my first time in China and I was unsure of check-in procedure, they quickly got me through check-in and made me feel quite relaxed almost immediately. During my stay, I ordered room service nearly every evening and although I speak no Chinese, the staff were very patient and helpful to make sure that they were receiving my order correctly. The view from the rooms is incredible and the service at the hotel has been great. I highly recommend that if you are visiting Changzhou for business or pleasure that you stay at the Marriot Hotel in Xinbei district. It is also very centrally located with easy access to entertainment, shopping malls, restaurants and the light rail stations to travel to other cities in China. Additionally, the restaurants, pool, outdoor basketball court, coffee shop, and other services in the hotel make it a convenient place to stay if it is your first time in China or Changzhou as it is mine. For work related reasons my trip in Changzhou was extended and I have enjoyed my stay at the Marriot hotel so much that I decided to extend my stay here and upgrade my room to include the executive lounge (totally worth it if you stay here, it's like having access to an Emirates level lounge with a view every day). In summary, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely, and the services provided make your stay very convenient! I highly recommend staying at the Changzhou Marriot in Xinbei District during your time here!

A great hotel - the best in Changzhou for sure. Truly five star service and facilities plus excellent staff. I would recommend this hotel very highly! There are two very good restaurants and an incredible bar at the top of the hotel!

The room is spacious, clean and convenient. You can directly enjoy the night view of Changzhou from the room. It is a modern, clean and tidy city! It is not inferior to first-tier cities! Although the hotel is a bit old, the service keeps pace with the times; the breakfast is rich and has outstanding Jiangnan characteristics; the hotel parking is on the 2nd floor underground, with an independent parking area. Because it is a mobile parking space, it is not very convenient to park a large car. Finally, thank you for the hotel's warm service!

Traveling with children, mainly to Changzhou Dinosaur Park, Marriott is more convenient than Zhongwu Hotel, so I chose Marriott, which deserves the title: the worst hotel I have stayed in these years. Checked in on Monday, and the occupancy rate was not high from the number of people at breakfast on Tuesday. The girl at the front desk gave me a slanted and skewed room. I have never seen a hotel with three doors close together. I feel that the guests next door can open the door and hit me in the face! The executive room I booked did not put any welcome fruits, etc. I called the front desk to request a change. If there is no executive room available, I will pay to upgrade to a suite. It was adjusted in three minutes. On the same floor, there are several rooms separated, and fruits and dried fruits are all configured. It can be seen how casual this hotel is. I will not comment on the taste of the food, it is difficult to satisfy everyone, but see the picture. I couldn't find any normal plate for breakfast for three days. All plates, regardless of size, were covered with scratches! It's not an exaggeration. It's the entire restaurant. There is not one, not one! ! ! There are no plates with black scars! There are also several plates that are not cleaned with obvious oil and hair, which is extremely disgusting! Not to mention whether the damage to the plate glaze will release toxic substances or heavy metals when it comes into contact with high temperature and acidic food, the plate is not beautiful at this level, right? ? Is it expensive to change the plate? ? ? Not to mention the restaurant service, basically no, except for the main course, there will be a little refill, and other side dishes such as cheese, lettuce, cucumber juice, etc. will not be taken care of. The only good thing is that the sisters in the executive lounge have very good service, and the lounge light meals taste good. The sisters always pay attention to the food. If you want to come, I advise you to give up and try Zhongwu Hotel. Changzhou is not that big and transportation is not a problem.
