先説説優點吧：地理位置佳，離恐龍園、市區、高鐵站都挺近；早餐很不錯，小朋友一連幹了兩碗銀絲麪；退房時送的手工點心味道很贊；大堂等公共設施都比較整潔乾淨。
下面是缺點：入住當天接到酒店電話詢問是否帶小孩，説會提供小童洗漱用品，但實際入住時房間裏並沒有，所以提前電話打了個寂寞😕；最離譜的是，預訂頁面顯示兩張1.37米寬雙床房，但入住後目測每張床不足1.2米，手機測量顯示衹有1.13米，雖然後續溝通後升級了行政套房（因五一期間滿房，預訂了兩間衹能升級一間），但也經歷了收拾行李、換房的種種折騰…

奔着五星級酒店去的，首先服務可以，停車也方便，房間衞生也可以，但是設施真的是有點老了，畢竟五星級的酒店了，節假日也是加了300一晚的費用的，怎麼就不能換個好點的凳子，都脱皮了，強迫症真的受不了，全程拿了塊布蓋住，然後冰箱裏的東西都是有償的，這個一定要在辦理住房之前就要説明，小朋友不認字直接開冰箱拿了怎麼辦？其他的都可，就這兩個點的意見還是希望酒店能採納的

服務一如既往，沒什麼可挑剔的，價格比其他市區喜來登也便宜。推薦。衹有衞生間一個垃圾桶，有點不方便。洗手枱衹有毛巾，沒有擦手巾。

酒店設施偏老舊，910房間如果窗外風大，窗會被自動吹開，導致當晚家人未休息好，第二天找酒店的在窗上加摁了固定螺絲。希望以後注意設施的維護
