設施陳舊，窗户關不嚴，窗户玻璃很大但是很臟。最無語的是作為五星級酒店早餐一塌糊塗，每一個可以下嚥的，油條乾的咬不動，想要餛飩，麪檔廚師説餛飩沒了，才九點就沒了，我説你們早餐到十點沒了不補嗎？然後不回答尷尬的笑。西式麪包一個個都乾巴巴的不知道哪裡買來的，拿了一個吃了一口馬上吐出來了。心説吃點水果吧，就西瓜過得去一點，哈密瓜切得得吐出一半的硬殼，香蕉倒是挺大的剝開咬一口也是硬邦邦沒甜味，算了，不吃了，喝碗粥吧，皮蛋瘦肉粥打一碗，喝了一口寡淡無味。能把早餐所以品種都出品到難以下嚥這幫人真是得多摳成本，多懈怠管理啊。這種早餐連如家商旅都比你們好幾百倍，至少人家的能填一下肚子。走的時候前台還讓我給五星好評。

去看鳳凰傳奇演唱會的。十分愜意的一次入住體驗，工作人員都很有禮貌，前台小周服務熱情，離開酒店也送了小禮物。

最開始給我的是角房，進去後感覺不舒服。後面讓幫忙換了一間，幫我升級成套房了。
各項設施都有，比較驚喜的是居然還有夜床服務，演唱會看完了回來，還挺意外驚喜的。
小周態度也挺好。
