攜程上預訂好之後酒店管家zoe小姐姐就聯繫我了，非常貼心的準備了小朋友洗漱用品以及水果等，服務超級好，有問必答。第二天要去動物園也是很貼心的幫忙準備了胡蘿蔔。這次沒訂到親子房，下次再來的時候希望能訂上。

房間挺好的，很大，訂的奧特曼房間，我家娃沒看過奧特曼，但是也超喜歡房間，興奮的睡不着覺。小朋友的洗漱包也很可愛。管家zoe提前一天聯繫了我，問了小朋友喜歡，還給準備了零食和小禮物，瞭解到我們週日的要去動物園，給準備胡蘿蔔。整體的體驗感很不錯，下次想訂汪汪房，就是房間太難定了

二刷，去年來沒住主題房，這次小朋友大點了有要求了，房間佈置很不錯，管家Zoe提前聯繫，詢問了特別要求，貼心的準備了入住點心和水果，得知第二天的行程是野生動物園，還額外準備了胡蘿蔔條，小朋友的玩偶落在酒店，當天就叫了快遞送回，服務滿意，小朋友已經提出下次要連住三晚不同的主題房😈
