感謝薛阿姨的照顧，幫我們一路提行李，送我們上接駁車，還安慰了愛哭的小碗，送了小碗最愛的超級飛俠玩具，很貼心，入住時也感謝高阿姨為我們準備的床圍和前台小潘清晰專業的介紹。退房時也考慮到了小朋友想要休息會，為我們延時了一會退房。唯一的遺憾就是客棧和景區上有一些問題，客棧的隔音實在太差了，景區音樂放到晚上10點多，早上5點就開始施工（榔頭敲擊、切割機、釘槍、工人師傅的討論聊天聲、路人導遊在樓下喊）持續到6點42。。。

老兩口到茅山東方鹽湖城旅遊，入住景區內道玄客棧，小店乾淨整潔，環境優雅，位置極佳，服務員楊姐非常熱情，幫助我們拿行李，送上歡迎水果，還主動為我們介紹景區的各個景點，另我們非常感動。第二天，客棧熱水管需要維修，造成我們住的房間用水困難，服務員小王積極幫助聯繫維修工，但直到傍晚也沒有解決，面對此情況，服務員王雅蕾主動聯繫住宿中心，為我們升級更換到松桂裏客棧，還主動幫我們把行李送到新的客房，並一再道歉。我們是年近七十的長者，獨自出來旅遊，遇到一些突發情況也是難免，但東方鹽湖城的住宿中心和道玄、松桂裏兩個客棧的服務人員切實讓我們感受到了進店如到家的禮遇，再次向王雅蕾、楊姐和小王表示感謝！

非常愉快的居住體驗，店員楊翠娣，張蘭，孔金華彬彬有禮，服務很好，解釋很有耐心，給人賓至如歸的感覺。出入酒店都有接駁車，適合帶娃出行。

朱雀門辦理入駐到山居前台服務很周到，很熱情，很及時解決客人的問題；入住期間服務人員都很熱情、微笑好像是招牌，特別是小倪、小殷和小孔及小賀；下雨天保障到位，讓入駐舒心！這次東方鹽湖城之行體驗很好👍

五一假期安排了一次短途的旅行，前往道天下的茅山東方鹽湖城。入住石供雅園，酒店位於景區內，設施齊全，環境古樸，出行遊玩十分便利。入住時服務員詳細介紹了景區導覽及注意事頂，幫助搬運行李，晚上遊玩回來送上甜甜的銀耳羹及水果拼盤，退房後用餐幫助臨時看管行李、聯繫接送車，給服務員小賀、小倪、小孔、小段的暖心服務點贊，一次愉快的旅程！

房間比較普通，但是乾淨整潔，在景區裏非常方便，離主要景點都很近。我們住在石供雅園，服務員態度都挺好，小倪，小殷，小孔，小賀，都很熱情。
