整體來説都很滿意 從入住時候禮賓部的接待 到前台的辦入住 都很順利 酒店人員也非常的熱情 因為是六一陪孩子們去的 酒店還貼心的給孩子們準備了禮物 前台的賈經理很用心 感謝🌹 酒店的景真的太過於迷人 小家碧玉般的園林設計 讓人一見傾心 下次去的話 還會選擇這家酒店

進入酒店第一印象。到了前台還沒辦理入住前台Donna就遞上了小童大禮物。反應特別快！由於我們晚間入住。房間地毯上有幾根頭髮。聯繫Donna後第一時間幫我們更換了房間。陪同我們拿行李到房間。其次酒店環境可圈可點。特別安靜。特別提醒下週一小童樂園清理閉館。

為了去恐龍園定的，雖然距離恐龍園比較遠，但是一點沒後悔選擇，還和老公説，一千塊錢房間感覺住到了兩千塊的服務，酒店辦入住貼心送了寶寶很多小玩具，而且是為數不多晚上睡着不吵鬧的很安靜，房間特別大特別寬敞，工作人員態度都超級好，還附贈了小童樂園和電影票，孩子玩的都不想出來，真心特別好評，自助餐也很豐富～～～～期待再去

網紅泳池水下音響是騙人的，肯定沒有，小童樂園，網球等設施都是收費的，而且價格貴，300一次的網球場價格，以為別人都沒有打過，小童樂園108的單次消費，想玩的人不用住店，直接可以付費進去，預訂吃飯也是開你玩笑，有座位也不給你座，什麼酒店，就是一個當地的結婚用的場所，有的樓不會給你進去的，説是招待的，你檔次不夠就不要去住，喜歡態度差的人可以去住這個酒店，攜程你是虛假廣告，你自己去遊過沒有，哪裡的水下音響，喜歡給5星的人你多出去走走

房間🏠：前台Abigail非常熱情，給小朋友贈送了禮物和吉祥物。房間有升級，入住時提前打開了空調，並且歡迎水果也擺放到位了。
早餐🍜：非常豐富，品種很多，有很多常州特色小吃，隊友炫了不少薺菜炒飯。
玩🌈：定的套餐，帶小朋友看了電影，潛艇總動員（尋龍），影院座椅體驗很好。小童樂園小朋友也玩的很開心，mini奈爾寶，夠放電了。
服務🌈：酒店服務整體很不錯，從開車進入門口時保安引導，門僮開門，主動服務意識很高。
建議：動能世界加強沙區管理，沙子不要搞得整個遊樂區都有，當然也需要去玩的家長有意識讓孩子不要把沙子帶到非沙區遊玩。
