從入住開始説吧，定的行政房，辦理入住時前台業務不熟練，完沒有提到行政酒廊也沒介紹其時間和功能。酒店除了大堂香氣襲人，房間過道和房間都是一股黴味，進入房間空調通風都沒開，一股味道，剛打開空調就是一股很久不通氣的臭味，想想住一晚，忍忍算了。第二天一早被樓下工人大聲講話，搬東西，電鋸吵醒，聲音一直不停一直睡不着。湖景房，窗外就看到垃圾堆，真是無語。晚上在酒店吃了個自助餐，三百多一人，不能説不值，衹能説啥也沒有，菜品空了也不不補，食材蔫裏吧唧，進去半個多小時實在沒啥東西能吃衹好走人。酒店工作人員也算客氣，但僅此而已。

好適合小朋友泡酒店，游泳池水很熱，動能世界消耗體力，還能不出門看最新電影.早餐特產紅梅酸奶不錯，吃完後去玖園跑步，美的心曠神怡，前台素質很好主動加微信服務。唯一提起改進的是床品，枕頭有煙味
