房間很新，浴室也比較寬敞。交通便利，樓下有很多吃飯的地方。
由於建築本身的設計原因，房間內採光不好，全天都需要開燈。

環境很不錯，酒店外形和內貌都很高級！特別是早餐，粵式茶點，西式麪包，特別是他們家蛋糕的味道很是不錯，咖啡也是現磨，服務上也蠻周到！個人有一個小小建議：房間內男士刮鬍刀套裝都能做到這麼細緻，能不能方便一下女士，偶有臨時入住，突有女性的不時之需……

整體還是很乾凈整潔的 應該是在新區 停車場標識這個大讚 是我去的第一家標識這麼清楚的 酒店早餐也很豐富 唯一的不足就是 健身房超級小 在負一樓 不知道這個是什麼品級的酒店 第一次住 這個健身房 讓我驚訝

服務非常熱情，尤其是客房的工作人員洪美妹看到我們有小朋友，每晚除了送甜點和水果，還給了小禮品；另外打掃衞生的工作人員更是貼心地多給了好幾瓶飲用水。最後離開時，工作人員小哥哥還給了小朋友鯊魚玩偶，下次來常州一定還會選擇入住常州文璞酒店的！

酒店時尚高雅，設計風格獨特！很適合拍照打卡！
酒店的工作人員也很貼心，從辦理入住到進入房間的體驗感都很不錯，還貼心的在入住之前準備了新鮮的水果在返房間客廳的茶几上！因為入住的是套房，會客方便，房間還有按摩椅，周邊景點也很多 也很方便 特別感謝前台小哥哥 曹力成 經過他推薦 認識了常州更多。
