酒店位於市中心，地理位置很好，建築獨特，周邊公共交通很方便，商場也很多，停車的話有地下停車場，非常方便，房間乾淨衞生，服務人員都很熱情，前台服務很好，熱情周到，入住送了歡迎禮，房間的裝修風格是我很喜歡的，擺件也很有特色，酒店整體風格很不錯，這次體驗非常不錯，下次還會選擇這個酒店的

很驚喜來到常州的酒店，文璞的服務非常好！
張永軍管家也很親切，從來的時候有人接行李，走的時候也有陪伴送上車，服務這點無話可説
但是美中不足真的是窗户真的好臟雖然打不開可是不乾淨真的蠻影響觀感的！
特大床真的是隨意翻滾🤣🤣
mini bar是免費的，還有樓下商場酒吧送了兩杯啤酒！

入住文璞酒店體驗非常好，從灑店精心的設計，細緻入微的服務，各方面工作人員對客人周到的服務細節，堪稱“賓至如歸”。特別是服務管家張永軍，當我們問路時，親自指引並看到我們走對方向，同時留電話給我們，有需要可隨時打電話。服務員洪美妹每天送小食品，小禮物，還總是徵求意見，讓我們感到很暖心。即將離店時，前台小夥很真誠向我們問候告別，贈送禮物，使我們感到很温暖。再來常州必選文璞酒店。同時也很值得向朋友推薦。

很滿意的一次住宿，紀念日酒店幫忙佈置了客房，客房很乾凈，設計感很強，賓至如歸的感覺。禮賓前台都很好，張永軍和尤馬歲芳小姐姐非常熱情，離開前還送了小禮物，太愉快啦。
