此酒店的服務要好於其他連鎖的五星級酒店，去常州強烈推薦 。第一，地理位置。在常州文化廣場 旁邊是圖書館文化廣場的建築堪稱中國現代建築的典範 非常漂亮 值得從各個不同角度去觀賞拍照 從酒店去各處辦事情非常方便 。第二， 酒店的服務人員服務值得稱讚 。重點表揚三人: 前台的小蔣（ 蔣文凱 ）服務態度非常好，特別細緻周到 。 早餐做銀絲麪的大姐不僅態度好 麪做的也特別好吃 。酒店的夜班值班經理素質很高 很專業 。第三 ，酒店的早餐遠好於萬豪 喜來登等其他五星酒店 ，一定要留出時間 好好享受早飯 。
