很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，環境很好，前台小超服務好，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，房間智能控制，還幫免費延時退房，很不錯!一衹耳機拉酒店了，酒店還第一時間跟我聯繫，很不錯。

噪音真的非常難以接受。入住第一晚，樓下裝修砸牆運垃圾的聲音持續到凌晨一點，跟酒店投訴無果的情況下都報警了。結果第二天一早不到七點鐘，酒店五樓某房間裝修的聲音就來了，真棒。入住之前酒店打過一個電話，説會有裝修聲音，8:30-17:00，因為白天出去玩不在房間我認為是可以接受的，可是誰想到裝修從早上六點五十開始持續到半夜啊。更不用説每天晚上樓下酒吧唱歌的聲音，呵呵噠。這麼吵你乾脆裝修好了再開門，五一房價還挺貴的真心坑人。頭一次報警舉報記錄留在你們常州了。

定了兩個房間。入住當天早上接到了酒店前台打來的電話告知我們酒店正在升級改造中，早8點到晚6點鐘是施工時間問會不會影響到我們休息，我們原想在續訂一天的，酒店前台建議我們先入住一晚感受一下在決定是否續住我們採納了這一建議，住下後我們基本上沒有感覺到打擾，於是又續住了一天。酒店乾淨整潔，因為正在升級改造所以我們沒有看到酒店的整體面貌。酒店設有養顏花茶、咖啡☕️和酸奶，每天都會按照客人的需求送到客房，這一點非常暖心，在此表示感謝🙏。另外，酒店就在青果巷隔壁，在房間的小陽台就可以看到青果巷的景色，尤其晚上的夜景非常漂亮。酒店周邊吃早餐和午晚餐都非常方便。去各個景點坐公交車也很方便。
