酒店餐飲方便，1號樓全部是餐飲。酒店停車極其糟糕，地上停車位管理混亂，亂停，沒人管，既影響美觀，又影響出入。地下停車場極差，燈光昏暗，地上劃線亂七八糟，出入口狹窄，會車時危險，但基本上很少人停地下，停車場標識也一塌糊塗。停車位置是有的，就是讓客人不舒服，怎麼都不舒服。週末承接婚禮典禮多，餐飲上菜慢的一塌糊塗，早上自助餐管理混亂，不收餐票，進出隨意，客人素質良莠不齊，摩肩擦踵，秩序維護一塌糊塗。正經的五星級酒店，環境沒問題，設施沒問題，衞生沒問題，服務沒問題，服務人員也是熱情周到，但綜合起來，就是一切都是讓你不舒服。酒店的高層管理人員，我真是好奇，你們拿着一手好牌，是怎麼做到如此糟糕的？

房間很寬敞，但設施有些舊了，更新的投影設備還沒裝好，沒法看。附近環境很好，送了歡迎水果牛奶，早餐比較一般。正好碰到有新人舉辦婚宴，挺熱鬧。
