【退房投訴】
早上九點退房，各種方法怎麼樣都找不到人，等了半個小時才來人，給我的回覆是吃早飯去了，因為入住還要繳納按金！
【服務投訴】
晚上點了外賣，不肯讓送餐的人上樓，已經和他們説的很清楚是衣服剛洗掉了還沒幹，不能光着身子取。前台也不樂意幫忙送上來，太扯淡了！
【總結】
非常不愉快的一次入住！
