定了好幾間房 問前台給好評可以延遲到兩點退房嗎 前台很生硬的説不可以 我又跟他説了好半天才給一點半退房 以上我覺得都很合理我可以不寫這個差評
但是 到了我退房那天 前台11.30就給我打了電話 説我要退房了 我很納悶 難道前台沒有交接工作嗎？延遲退房不會為了多睡一會嗎 你這一通電話打過來 那我還怎麼睡？為什麼不把工作交接好？ 完全被評分騙來的 房間吵 207窗簾掉了一小半 睡覺刺眼
房卡衹有一張 沒有取電卡 問前台要説是沒了 這麼大酒店卡不多備一點嗎？回來讓前台幫忙刷卡，他告訴我下次回來自己帶卡晚班沒有人跟你刷卡 晚班的人是來睡覺的嗎？她不能刷卡？不是來上班的啊？ 那個女前台真的有夠無語
