The service attitude of Xiaochao at the front desk is super good. They took the initiative to upgrade the room type. The floor height is particularly good. You can see the tower of Hongmei Park. My child likes it very much. The hotel service is very good. Yogurt is delivered every day. Fruit is also delivered on the first day. Late night snacks are also provided. Children's slippers and toiletries are also provided, which is very considerate. The location is excellent. It is within walking distance from the train station and Qingguo Lane. Takeaway can be delivered upstairs. It is convenient. It's just that the flushing of the toilet is not very good. It takes a long time to flush the next time. It's a bit inconvenient. Overall a good value for money. I will stay here again next time.

Location is superb, close to everything you need to see in Changzhou. It is also very near to the metro station so if you want to go to Xinbei district, it is so easy and comfortable. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, especially some good Korean and Japanese restaurants in the shopping mall.

I expected to book a great hotel and it is. But the issue is that after my arrival 21:30 nothing to eat. Many restaurants inside, room service offers till 22:00. But can’t offer anything. Next day: I need fast laundry service, but they don’t do that anymore and because raining weather it takes one day. Too much information on Trip which is not correct and cause wrong choice

I have decided to give this review in English so that it will help our foreign friend’s who wanted to visit Changzhou and find a decent domestic 5-star hotel at friction of the cost. This is the 2nd time I booked my stay at 常州远洲酒店. Excellent hotel with excellent location located near the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception front desk staff. Breakfast was excellent and spread full of an airy, open and bright restaurant, it offers hotel guest a mixed menu with International dishes. All of them makes our trip very welcoming, the luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! The first time I traveled to Changzhou, I stayed at R&F Wanda Realm Hotel. The hotel has a good location. There is a shopping mall about 10 minutes away from the left and right turns. There are many places to eat. The hotel lobby is clean and bright, the elevator is also very good, and the room is hygienic and clean. 1) I arrived at noon on the 10th. It was very hot that day, but the front desk said that the computer crashed and I couldn’t check in, so I stored my suitcase and went to eat. It is recommended that if this happens again, the front desk can call the guest in time after the computer is restored to inform him that he can check in. 2) The room is very clean, the bathtub, shower, and washbasin are all very clean, but it is too hot and stuffy. When I checked in on the first day, the room was already turned on for heating and air conditioning, so it felt even more stuffy. At night, I turned off the air conditioning and slept without covering the quilt. On the third day, it was really hot and unbearable. My lips were blistered from the heat. I looked for it repeatedly before I saw a small window behind the curtain that could be opened a little bit. 3) Not everyone answers the ”0” number every time I call it. 4) After getting up on the 15th, I smelled a strong smell of cigarettes when washing my face in the bathroom. After checking, I found a cigarette inside the door. It seemed that it was kicked into the room through the crack of the door after being extinguished. There were black marks and cigarette ashes on the carpet outside the door. I don’t know if it was thrown by the people who came to pick up the bride next door in the morning. 4) The cleaning staff was very good, with a good attitude, and cleaned the room very cleanly.

The price is cost-effective, the room size is okay, the environment is comfortable, and it is too close to Wuyue Plaza. The geographical location is superior and travel is extremely convenient. There are many kinds of breakfast, which is great

Temporarily decided to go to Changzhou, the family children liked Atour, so they chose parent-child. The underground parking lot is very large, there is an elevator to go directly, this is very good, do not have to find in places where you are not familiar with life. As soon as I arrived in the hall, the young lady sent hot water, and it was still sweet and very warm. I didn't pay attention to what theme when I booked the room. When I opened the room, I actually had a Wangwang team. There were also small tents. There were dinosaurs in the tent. The children at home were so excited. At night, they had to sleep with the little dinosaurs. The room is very spacious. Although we have brought our own towels, we can see that everything is very clean. Next time we come, we will still choose Atour.

The location is close to Global Harbor Mall, parking is convenient, the environment is very good, and the children like it very much. When checking in at the lobby, I saw many children playing here.
