The room.was spacious but the bathroom needed renovation. It is not a hotel but rooms to let-style..Communication with the owner was via emails or phone. We.had daily cleaning but towels and toiletries only every 2-3 days which was higly inconvenient. Also the rug to dry the towels in the balcony was rusty. The parking was good but there is also.parkimg around the area.

It is a bit far from the city center of Chania. The room is big which is ok. But the shower isn’t practical. There is a small bathtub and you have to keep the shower head in your hands.
Also sounds from talking neighbours outside you could clearly hear very early in the morning.

This is a simple clean room with a great view of the ocean. Easy to find and places are nearby for dining or short ride to the port area. This was an excellent find! The room was perfect for one or two people. Safe and private parking in driveway. Property manager was available and tentative!
