If you don’t want to spoil your holiday ,find an other hotel , absolutely filthy ,would go so far as to say the pits , not much more I can say about this ,very upsetting experience ,and totally spoilt a2 day stay ,as we left after I night

Hotellet (eller room for rent) ligger nærmest midt på torget i den venetianske havnen. Midt i gamlebyen. Men dette hjelper lite når hotellverten er sur og lite imøtekommende. Man føler at man er mer til bry enn som betalende gjest. Hotellet virker skittent, men laknene var rene. Vi velger et annet overnattingssted neste gang…

We had a bad experience when we arrived. Our flight got delayed for more than 4 hours and we were trying to get the phone number of the hostel to inform but we didn't receive it in our booking.
So we arrived almost 12am to the hostel and the guy at the reception received us in a very bad attitude, blaming us because we didn't call without asking us reasons, he said it is in our booking with ******* but we were trying to tell him we booked through ********** .
We would still pay for the room even if we didn't arrive, but he treated us so badly that I had to tell him to calm down.

Isäntä oli mukava ja auttavainen. Paikka oli kaiken keskellä, mikä oli hyvä. Ikkunat olivat paksut, joten sain hyvin nukuttua yöni, eikä musiikki haitannut.

Booked Kydonia based on its *********** location, which shows near bus station. It is in fact closer to the old port. 2 flight of stairs to reach a dingy reception area. Host was very grumpy. Room was tight with a double and a single, all fittings and fixtures were extremely aged and in some cases grubby. Used soap in the bathroom. It is advertised as apartment, but cooker did not work. Could nit open ‘kitchen cupboard because step into bathroom didn’t allow. Noise from upstairs bathroom. The only Lou’s was decent air conditioning
