Der Service ist so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Die hoteleigene Parkmöglichkeit, die angegeben ist, existiert nicht. Vor Ort natürlich nicht, da Altstadt, aber auch sonst nirgendwo. Das Hotelpersonal hat auf keine der Fragen, die wir hatten eine Antwort (wo kann man Parken, sind die Zimmer schon fertig, kann man spät auschecken?) Trotz „Nichtraucherzimmer“ stehen Aschenbecher auf dem Zimmer. Die Dusche hat maximal die Größe einer Telefonzelle.

Dommage que le wifine se rendre pas jusquau chambre. Au 3e etage la pression deau nest pas très forte. Pour le ereste tout est super, je vous le recommande fortement.

Really disappointed on lack of information available for parking a car. The Old Chania town is pedestrian only. After 30 minutes of following on line driving instructions which did not identify streets that were closed we dumped the car at first available street parking which was about a 350 meters from hotel.
There is a lot down by water which we found out about after the fact but it’s no closer.
Saw numerous others dragging luggage through the streets.
Hotel is internally noisy.
One can hear many of the WC activities from neighbouring rooms through the walls.

Ci sono piaciuti la posizione nell'antico Porto Veneziano, la vista mare anche parziale con il faro, il letto comodo, la stanza pulita e le lenzuola profumate.
Non ci sono piaciuti il bagno, perché troppo piccolo, scomodo, senza aspiratore, con la doccia con la tendina appiccicosa, le asciugamani ruvide e neppure il rapporto qualità/prezzo, perché riteniamo il prezzo chiesto troppo caro per le caratteristiche della stanza dove abbiamo soggiornato

Photos of the room/hotel where a little bit misleading. The bed was great, had a nice small balcony where you could see the lighthouse. The hotel was right in the middle of everything with a seaview. Great place for a few days, easy to go to other areas by bus.

Arrived at Chania airport half past midnight. Lucia hotel is one of the elder hotels in Chania, right on the harbour front vehicle access is about a hundred metres from the entrance. Although it was nearly 1 am Chania harbour front and surrounding roads and lanes was packed with people in restaurants ,strolling about , all age groups chatting and generally having fun! It seemed like all the restaurants were full , the staff seemed to be ‘ taking five ‘ before a massive clear up. The a**osphere was fantastic there must have been a couple of thousand people wandering about totally chilled out. I staggered to my hotel feeling tired but at peace with the world.

Stayed there for a single night on our way to another destination. Beautiful location right in the old venetian harbor, rooms are old but impressively well kept, better than many modern hotels. Friendly service, fair pricing, beautiful view. Would visit again.
