Gorgeous hotel right in the old city. Beautiful decorations. Rooms were huge. Breakfast had a mixture of some Greek specialities. Staff really friendly and supportive. What I really liked was the hotel infrastructure. We had some laundry which was done in one day. My wife had a bad asthma attack - a doc came to the hotel in 2 hours.

The luxury boutique hotel exceeded my expectations! Located in Old Town Chania just about 300 ft from the Venetian Harbor, this family owned hotel has the best staff, location, homemade breakfast and beautiful accommodations. The 6th generation is now running this hotel to perfection. A must see is the hand made pebble courtyard created over 35 years ago upon the renovation of the hotel by the owners father. Shout out to Chrissy who was always helpful with a smile.

Wonderful hotel experience! Secluded from the water front but still easily accessible to all of old town. The spa was wonderful and this place has a very rich history. Chrissy was amazing! I will be back, hopefully sooner rather than later:)

I have written a review before. This is the fourth time that I have stayed in the beautiful Venetian townhouse. It is beautiful, mosaic courtyard and 26 rooms. So restful. More than this though is the welcome and kindness shown by owner, Margarita, and her colleagues at the Casa Delfino. I feel more like a friend of an extended family rather than a guest in a hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and I feel (and am) extremely well looked after. I’m, of course, hopelessly biased now, and will be back this year if I can. I cannot recommend Casa Delfino Hotel and Spa in Chania highly enough. So grateful :)

What a fantastic property! The location cannot be beat and the service is INCREDIBLE. The room was immaculate, the breakfast wonderful. The staff bent over backwards to ask if we needed reservations or recommendations, and they arranged taxi rides when needed. Off the chart enjoyable.

Wir durften 4 entspannte Tage im Casa Delfino verbringen. Die Lage in der Altstadt von Chania ist bezaubernd. Das Boutique-Hotel ist umrahmt von kleinen Gässchen für Fußgänger. Man ist nach 50 Metern an der Hafenmole mit den zahlreichen Restaurants. Nachts ist es völlig ruhig. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen phantaischen Blick über die Stadt und den Hafen. Unsere Suite war bestens ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel. Zu erwähnen ist das üppige Frühstück, das - bei gutem Wetter - im herrlichen Innenhof eingenommen wird. Besonders auffällig ist die Herzlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter - hier insbesondere auch Chrissy vom Empfang! Alle Wünsche werden einem von den Augen abgelesen. Die Restaurant-Emfehlungen waren bestens. Wir kommen gerne bald wieder.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Delfino. The highlights: The hotel is a beautifully restored villa with a gorgeous courtyard. We loved our breakfasts in the courtyard. The staff are amazing — I wish I could remember all the names, but Chrissy and Eleni stood out. They are charming individuals who went out of their way to enhance the experience of the guests. Our room was lovely —the only downside was inadequate storage space. We ended up needing to keep both our suitcases on the floor (our suitcases are not huge — we have 25” suitcases).

Luxuriously comfortable rooms, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, superb location. Everything about our 3-night stay was delightful. The staff of Casa Delfino go out of their way to ensure your vacation is all you want it to be—when my activity plans fell apart, they helped us arrange a rental car to be delivered to the hotel so we could salvage our sightseeing plans. Another set of guests in the hotel gave us top-notch dining recommendations (as did the front desk staff). And the rooms—large, perfectly designed, with everything you could need for your stay in beautiful Chania. I haven’t slept this well in a hotel in ages! If you are visiting Chania, do yourself a favor and stay here.

Do not hesitate, BOOK THIS HOTEL! The rooms are spacious and so well decorated, the courtyard and rooftop are beautiful, and the service was absolutely incredible. Whatever you need and whenever the time, the staff at this hotel will take care of you. Chrissie, Alexandros, Eleni, and Michael (among others) were so helpful and kind, jumping to meet any of our needs. They helped us find great beaches, restaurants, and coffee, even calling ahead at a restaurant and arranging dessert for us! All our love to Casa Delfino, it was truly magical.
