J'ai séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Contente de ma chambre qui était très propre. Malheureusement mon séjour s'est mal terminé. L'avant dernier jour, je suis revenue à midi et demi dans ma chambre pour me changer tellement j'étais frigorifiée. La chambre n'avait pas encore été faite. J'ai déposé sur le lit les achats effectués le matin, une dizaine de T shirts. Lorsque je suis revenue le soir, j'avais l'impression qu'ils avaient disparus. Le lendemain matin, j'ai fouillé la chambre à plusieurs reprises. Je ne les ai pas retrouvés. Je suis allée à la réception pour les prévenir. La personne a été très étonnée. Je pense qu'elle ne m'a pas crue. Il a appelé la femme de ménage qui a nié. J'ai insisté à la réception. Il m'a dit qu'il allait la recontacter. Quand je suis revenue vers 13h30. C'était de nouveau négatif. Ce n'est déjà pas agréable de se faire voler sans sa chambre mais cela l'est encore moins lorsque la personne de la réception et le guide ne vous croient pas. Faites donc attention. Ne laissez pas traîner vos affaires.

The person who checked me in was very friendly. Walking to the port with an abundance of dining and shopping options was easy. Breakfast options were plentiful and healthy. I would return for the value.

Hotel Nefeli in Chania was het laatste hotel van onze rondreis in Griekenland. En wat een verademing na wat mindere hotels. Volgens mij hebben ze ons per ongeluk the penthouse gegeven. Prachtige kamer maar vooral een enorm dakterras. Kamer 602! Ik denk wel 12 meter lang. Met ligstoelen en parasol. Zalig. Ook een wasrekje aan de wand. Mooie bloempotten op het terras. Badkamer heerlijk ruim met douchewand. Schoonmaak was super. Receptie heel vriendelijk. En een keurig ontbijt. Superlocatie. Dichtbij de haven. Top restaurant direct aan de overkant van het hotel. Avond 1 kwamen we laat aan en vroegen aan ze of we een fles wijn konden kopen. Tuurlijk. Kurk eraf en we kregen 2 wijnglazen mee. Breng morgen maar terug. Fantastisch. Chania is erg mooi. Vooral de oude stad. Haven heel toeristisch. Ga liever naar de wijk waar de minaret staat. Bezoek de overdekte markt. Eet bij the Well off the Turk.

Uitstekend middenklasse hotel, op loopafstand van het historische centrum. De hotelkamer was voldoende ruim om twee koffers geopend te plaatsen. Waterkoker aanwezig. Het bed was een ruim, twee meter breed, tweepersoonsbed. Matras van goede kwaliteit. Badkamer/toilet met douche, voorzien van schuifdeuren. Dagelijks werden de badhanddoeken verschoond. Prima schoongehouden. Ontbijt buffet was uitstekend en gevarieerd. Chania is een prachtige oud-Venetiaanse stad met veel historie. Het bezoeken waard.

Hotel liegt nahe dem zentralen Busbahnhof. Altstadt mit Hafen trotzdem in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Freundlicher Empfang. Da viele Geschäftsleute das Hotel nutzen sehr ruhig. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder.

The hotel is extremely well situated just two blocks from the gates of busy Old Town. No problem from the traffic of noise. Staff is friendly and helpful, they have a "can do" -attitude. Plentiful breakfast was included in room price. The beds are good and I slept well. The room style was a bit dated, but it was clean, neat and had everything necessesary, also a small fridge. The bed was very good. Bathroom had a shower, quite small but worked well. The balcony was nice to sit and look at the city life. In all the hotel was well taken care of. I stayed in Nefeli for one night and the stay exceeded my expectations. I would go again.

Thank you again for a wonderful stay at your hotel in May (2023). The room on the last floor with the rooftop terrace was very comfortable and clean and we had a nice view of the city, the mountains and the sea. What's more, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The hotel is also reasonably priced and very conveniently located. It is outside the old town, so it is relatively easy to park your car close to the hotel and yet it is only a few minutes away on foot from the old town.

very good hotel near the city center the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good the room was very clean but the bath was quite small the bed was good and i had a nice sleep the parking is little difficult
