Piccolo hotel situato nella città vecchia, a 10 minuti di camminata dal centro. Difficoltà a trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze, è necessario cercare parcheggi pubblici un pò lontani. La camera ha un soppalco, piccolo balconcino che dà sul giardino interno. Il letto con baldacchino, il bagno pulito ed in ordine. La colazione è servita nel giardino, non è a buffet ma viene spiegata la disponibilità di alimenti da scegliere sia nel dolce che nel salato. Il fattore trainante però sono i due fratelli che gestiscono la struttura e che ringrazio per la competenza e cortesia che ci hanno riservato

Very warm welcome! Very beautiful and spacious room with access to the direct patio, nice for the breakfast which is exceptional: homemade Cretan specialties, fresh orange juice, omelette, Greek yogurt......! Very quiet, close to the old town and the port. Well done to the team!

Nikos, Giannas and the family were exceptional hosts for us. The hotel felt more like a quaint B&B to us, with a very comfortable room healthy, central location perfectly placed in Chania's heart, and never-ending breakfasts each morning (definitely eat the Greek yogurt with honey!) They had smart tips on where to park, best nearby beaches, and what was happening in the city. Plus, when we left some clothes in the armoire, they were helpful enough to have it sent to Athens at our next hotel.

Beautiful room with outdoor terrace for an amazing morning coffee. Extremely clean hotel. Nikos was awesome to work with, helped us with suggestions of restaurants as well as day trips. Hotel’s location is close to everything. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect location right in the outskirts of Chania town but still in the center. Maybe 5-9 min walk to the water and another 20-25 min walk to the nearest beach town Nea Chora. The room was very large for 2 people and perfectly cleaned. The bathroom felt very separate from the main room and the door is heavy/secure so allows for great privacy. The highlight of the hotel besides the location and comfort of the room is the made-to-order BREAKFAST! Unbelievable variety of food (actually too much for two people) with coffee, tea, cereals, eggs prepared how you like, fresh orange juice, pastry, fresh jam with variety daily (fig, pear), fruit platter (grapes, watermelon, melon, nectarine), bread and another small appetizer of vegetables. Truly is an incredible spread and we saved whatever we couldn’t eat to snack on later.

Exceptionally located property in the heart of Chania. We were a few minutes walking distance from everything - delicious restaurants, the harbor, the bus stop, etc. The owners are incredibly thoughtful and kind, providing delicious and bountiful breakfasts in their picturesque garden. Fabulous way to start the day. They also took the time to orient us with the neighborhood map and provide various recommendations. They were accommodating of our schedule, securing our luggage when we arrived hours before check-in and then doing the same when we departed hours after checkout. Our room was beautifully appointed and spacious. Loved the décor and especially the twinkling stars that doubled as a nightlight. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a well-priced, conveniently-located, charming hotel in the perfect location.

Very nice room, with a door/window overlooking the rear courtyard. Very clean. Breakfast in the courtyard was varied and delicious. Very helpful owners, who provided beach towels and directions, and restaurant recommendations. They also arranged taxi to and from the airport, which worked seamlessly.

We stayed three nights in room 13, which was so lovely. Overlooking their courtyard, and no noise at all in the night. Comfy bed, beautiful star lights on the ceiling, coffee pods, beautiful old building, family run…..so friendly and helpful and delicious breakfasts! Showed us where to go on map, happy to organise car hire if needed or tours etc. Was a really lovely location and a wonderful few days. Highly recommend.

Nikos and Ioannis are 2 excellent hosts. Their very good recommendations for restaurants or places to discover are worth the detour. A boutique hotel that deserves to be discovered! An excellent and generous homemade breakfast in the very charming patio. The rooms are very good. Thank you for the welcome and the stay with you!
