This man is a crook. Avoid this hotel costs. On my fourth visit to this hotel (just because of the proximity to the bus station), I arrived late because of a delayed flight from Leeds and he had already sold my pre-booked room. I had notified him that we would be late and ge responded that there was no problem. When we arrived he did not let us check-in (we have a small baby!!!!) and he spoke disrespectfully. A hotel next door welcomed us and we realised that he is a cowboy. Avoid at all costs.

Please avoid this place. The guy is a crook. We had booked for a night and notified him that we would be late because of a flight delay. We also had a one year old baby. They responded to us that everything is ok and when we arrived they did not let us in. Thankfully a neighbouring hotel welcomed us and they also told us that this man is a renowned crook and untrustworthy. Never book in this place if you want to keep your sanity!

The apar**ent was located at a very central point of Chania. A few minutes walk from the popular pedestrian path.
The apar**ent was clean and had all the facilities needed to live there for many days. Even a washing machine!
The balcony was very big and nice to sit there.
If you own a car, it may take some time to find some parking at the street.
The owner was very friendly and available to address our requests or questions.
Would book again, next time I come to Chania.

Hotel appart agreable, tres propre, commerce et resto a côte. Un inconveniant le parking , dufficile de se garer dans la rue . Le propriétaire nous a trouver une place rapidement et on le remercie.
Je recommande cet hotel pour les routards comme nous car l hotel est calme.

The place has a great location, middle of downtown, few minutes to the Venetian Port. The apar**ent is functional but the furniture is old and show that. Good space for two ppl but not more. The bathroom definitely needs remodeling and is crowded. I think they save money buying the cheapest furniture, appliances, bedding, etc. We park in the street and we’re able to find space nearby.

Moin, der große Pluspunkt ist die zentrale Lage und 1-2 Minuten Entfernung vom zentralen Busbahnhof in Chania. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auch gut. Ich hatte ein Apar**ent im 3. Stock, mit einer sehr großen Terrasse, breites Bett, guten Bad und Waschmaschine. Leider funktionierte das Wlan nicht. Das Apar**ent war ein wenig dunkel. Der Typ von der Rezeption hatte im sehr engen Fahrstuhl keine Maske auf - das fand ich unangenehm. Ich würde es aber empfehlen.

I have stayed here before and was satisfied previously, however this visit I was on al 2 hour delayed flight from Gatwick. I emailed accommodation prior to my departure and on landing had no reply. On arrival at the apar**ent the door to reception was locked and there were three telephone numbers given to call. It was early hours of the morning and there was no response from any of the numbers. I had actually paid for the room some two years earlier but due to COVID it was agreed to move the booking forward. Thankfully I found an alternative hotel nearby. Everything had been confirmed two to three days before my arrival. I have tried to contact the hotel and not had the courtesy of a reply. Not sure on fire risk grounds alone I would wish to stay in unstaffed premises. One to miss if you value reliability.
