Gorgeous suites, lovely host, she couldn’t be more helpful 😊 would definitely recommend. Just 3 minute walk to old town, absolutely amazing. Spa bath outside, very spacious room, amazing decor. Ever accessible to everything in Chania. Perfect location.

Great location, hotel and staff were amazing but the area is very noisy, can hear noise from the street up to the early hours of the morning.

Mirabile was a great find for us! Great place to stay for couples or small families. Well located, few minutes away from the port with a taxi stand across the street if needed. The rooms look just as good in the pictures as they do in person. Clean, comfortable, great mattress. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again if we had the opportunity. If you are not able to walk up and down stairs, then this wouldn’t be a good choice as the lobby and rooms are located up a flight of stairs and there is no elevator.

We stayed in "Jasper" room.Very clean,with its own interior jacuzzi! The bed is very soft and comfortable! "Mirabile" is in the most central spot of Chania,too close to the old harbor,market of Municipality and to great restaurants.At the opposite side you can find fast food also like greek souvlaki,burgers and pizza. Stefania,is very kind,cheerful and always willing to help Totally recommend

Exceptional hotel. We initially stayed for 2 nights and later rerouted our trip to come back to Chania and stay with them again. Beautiful hotel and the best possible service. Manolis, Eleni, Stefania and all the staff did everything to help you and made you feel at home. Really great people. Can’t wait to stay again. Dermot and Juli.

The staff at the hotel is excellent. Very helpful and great recommendations. The location is perfect. A short walk to the old Town harbour, shops and restaurants. The free parking was a huge bonus. Our room was well appointed and well cared for. But overall, it was the staff (thank you Thalia) that made the difference!

This place is amazing - staff were so helpful, friendly, caring and attentive without being over the top, giving recommendations for Chania and helped with lost luggage issues. It is obvious they take pride in what they do and in Chania. We stayed in Rose Quartz room and it’s a beautifully designed room, modern yet has character - very high ceilings, nice furniture, very comfortable bed, good amount of space. The cleanliness is beyond exceptional - absolutely spotless and cleaned every day to perfection. They provide nice toiletries, shower was great and hot, the gifts provided were a nice touch and unexpected. The location is perfect right in the centre and right at the entry to the old town yet so quiet you can’t hear any street noise. Everything is at one’s doorstep without being in some of the more cramped buildings in the older part of town. There was a nice balcony that was again spotlessly cleaned every day. The wifi worked well. The hotel is right next to the bus station which is handy if getting a bus from airport or to other areas of Crete. This place is seriously unbelievable value for money. We stayed for three nights but would have liked to stay longer as there is so much to see and do in Chania, it’s is a must visit place. We travel a lot and are very fussy but this place is really perfect in every way.

AMAZING! This hotel is absolutely beautiful! It’s central and close to all attractions in Chania. The Mirabile staff are incredible and beautiful people, they provide a 5 star service with a personal touch. To be honest 5 stars are not enough. Highly recommend and we’ll be back for sure!
