Très belle expérience ! Une bâtisse de charme, rénovée avec goût, une chambre cosy avec tout le confort souhaité et un personnel au petits soins. Le petit-déjeuner se prend à 2 pas de l'hôtel dans un endroit très sympa. Le gros plus : l'hôtel est en plein cœur de la vieille ville mais dans une ruelle calme...bonheur

What a little gem!! The hotel is so central that everything is within walking distance. We were greeted by Idomeneas even though it was a late arrival and he was so warm and full of tips on where to visit and eat. The room was spacious and oh my, the aircon work a treat especially it was still so hot in October. Chania is a rustic town with little alley ways and my husband and me had lots of fun exploring. Of special mention is the fantastic breakfast which had lots of authentic Greek bites. Will definitely stay in this hotel again if we visit Chania.

Das Hanim liegt mitten in der Altstadt, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die beiden Schwestern haben tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Sokrates bereitet ein wirklich unglaubliches Frühstück. Darauf sollte auf keinen Fall verzichtet werden.

The best place to stay in Chania. Location was perfect. In the heart of the city while very easy to get a taxi and walk to with luggage. Idomeneas was very helpful. He waited for us until 9:30 pm : our arrival time to explain about places to visit and he oriented us to the details of apartment. Even more when we checked out he gave us a gift of olive oil, herbs and…. He arranged a very reliable transfer car (George)from Heraklion and we really could rely on him for anything. Breakfast was 5 minutes away in the Center of city infront of Cathedral and the true Cretan breakfast. We really enjoyed our time. The apartment was clean and the cleaner was cleaning our rooms every day! They even provided us towels for beach. I highly recommend this property.

One of the best hotels to stay at while in Chania Town. The premises exude a very pleasing, cozy feel while the hosts make you feel right at home, and are some of most friendly and accommodating people you will meet on all your travels. We arrived on a very late flight and they had a taxi prepared to meet us at the airport and even went so far as to check us in at 2am! The breakfast offered by Socrates is not to be missed, as it will probably be one of the best meals you will experience in all of Crete during your stay. This is the perfect family-run boutique hotel, and Rena goes out of her way to make you wish to return every year (which we just might!) Thank you again to all the staff, we cannot wait to come back :)

Our second time staying here in 3 years. Great central location in a beautiful street.
We were made feel so welcome by Rena and had gourmet breakfasts prepared by her husband Socrates that we will remember for a long time.
The room was spacious clean, and the bed comfortable. Our hosts have created a unique atmosphere here, that is the key.
The owners and family( Maddo, forgive spelling) were extremely helpful in recommendations for local restaurants and sights. This was a big plus.
We will be back!

The location is perfect :-), right in the middle of everything, but still very quiet in the house. Several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Great support with tour planning, restaurants and sights in Chania and the surrounding area. Breakfast is freshly prepared for the guests (in the same room) and perfectly presented in a "4-course menu" and explained in detail (origin of the products, production, etc.) ;-). The question about allergies and intolerances in advance - TOP! We would stay here again and have breakfast at any time. It was a great time. There is a hairdryer and refrigerator in the room and there is the option to make tea and coffee. Thanks again to the whole team: you are great... keep it up.

Breakfast was amazing. Must tray. It's a Breakfast story. Tips vor allem auch für individual Rei sende und Qualitäts-Tourismus! Das Hotel ist in der alten City aber in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Mega gut.
