Stayed here for two weeks for work-related travel. The staff was amazing: warm, friendly, and genuinely proud of the hotel. The room was very comfortable, very clean, and excellently maintained. The location is ideal, as it is located directly across from the water, and within easy walking distance to several restaurants and shops. I am planning a pleasure trip back to Chania (Crete) and will hopefully be able to book at the Halepa!

Quelle belle surprise … Nous ne connaissions pas la Crète et avons sejournés 3 nuits au Halepa Hôtel. L’établissement est splendide et son style authentique fait tout son charme. La décoration est soignée et l’hôtel très propre. Un parking gratuit et sécurisé et disponible. Le personnel est également le gros atout. Madame qui nous a accueilli a pris le temps de nous donner de bonnes adresses sur Chania et ses alentours, et nous avons eu la chance de recevoir les conseils du réceptionniste de nuit, qui a pris de son temps pour nous renseigner sur des spots sympathiques en Crète. Votre sympathie a été très appréciée, restez ainsi.

Superb hotel with great location and old world charm. Nikos and Elefteria at the front desk were excellent hosts. My family enjoyed a wonderful 3 week stay. The breakfasts were superb. I recommend this boutique hotel to everyone looking for a great value near the city center and walking distance to the Venetian Port. Thanks again to the hotel staff for our magnificent stay.

Everything. Nothing not to like. Great hotel, tavernas, and shops in a great historic neighborhood. Friendliness and helpful staff. We enjoyed our time in this hotel very much! The room was really nice and clean.

El hotel es super comodo y muy limpio. Esta en una ubicación perfecta porque es tranquila la zona y también queda cerca para ir caminando al puerto. Todos los trabajadores son muy amables y atentos! Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar en halepa hotel.

Le petit séjour s'est très bien passé ! L'hôtel traditionnel comfy est magnifique ! Le toit terrasse et la vue sur la mer permettent de lire et bronzer. Le personnel est très gentil ça fait du bien. Hotel très propre et raffiné. Le petit déjeuner est varié et on peut emporter son plateau pour déjeuner dehors.
