Located in city centre, opposite to the old market which is now still under reconstruction.
Walking distance to the old town and the Venetian harbour.
Warm and helping hotel people.

Hotel very close to the port. The room has everything you may need. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, although that is for everyone. In short, everything was great except that the day we wanted to park the car the parking lot was full.

It was a beautiful hotel and very clean. The food was excellent. The best thing was the staff. My husband contracted pneumonia when we were there and had to go to the hospital. I didn’t know from day to day when he would be released. They let me keep the room longer than the checkout time each day until I knew if I was staying again. They did this for three days. On the third day they let us stay several hours after the checkout time because my husband was finally better and out of the hospital and wanted to take a shower. They couldn’t have been nicer.

Just back from a wonderful week in Chania, made particularly special because of the excellent Kydon hotel which is based in heart of Chania, close to all the sights, shops and transport. All the staff very helpful, courteous and efficient. Rooms comfortable (good deep mattresses), and the breakfast spread is fab. Happy to recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kydon. me and my colleague were on a school trip with 11 students. We were all more than satisfied with the service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was good and above all the staff was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Well located to Old Town, restaurants, shopping and an easy walk to the harbour. Reasonably fresh and new. Quite clean. Restaurant for breakfast on first floor which also operates for dinner if you wish. Rooms were spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size with bath. One down side was the passageways are tiled and noise echoes around so you do hear other guests coming and going. Staff were efficient and pleasant.

This hotel is great in all areas and we would stay again. Breakfast was very good and the snacks and bar restaurant food were also good. The staff was welcoming, friendly, kind, and helpful! It's a fantastic location for walking throughout old Chania town and the port area. The front desk arranged a taxi to our next destination. Our only quibble was the room never got as cold as we wanted at night, but very minor and still a five-star hotel.
