Their reception is 5 minutes away that means no one will greet you, and you have to wait for the staff to come and open the door for you. It is noisy at night

Everything was good, from friendly check-in, great room with excellent facilities and a delicious breakfast.
We like the Elia hotels very much and have already booked another stay.

I booked a room with balcony and they gave me room with just a tiny window over the bed overlooking a roof of another buildng so it was useless! They said that ********** made a mistake and lied that the hotel didn’t had balcony’s bit clearly you could see one on the third floor! So ********** contacted them and they offered me a room with balcony the next day of my two day stay! I didn’t want it after cuz i didn’t wanna go through the hustle of changing rooms and i was upset that they lied to me when they said that the hotel doesn’t have balcony’s! The room btw was ok for the money you are paying in Chania! Plus the check in is a mess! You have to go to a sister hotel of that one to check in but that is not mentioned anywhere! I had luck to ask one of the people who was staying there in the hotel already and help me out!
