很好的酒店，設施、服務都到位，浴室特別好，洗澡舒服極了，在小鎮主街的延長網上，與繁華一線之隔，距離大巴總站也很近，總之很好。如果非要説一條缺點，就是室內的智能燈光系統最好給個説明書，於我而言有點失控。

Enjoyed our stay immensely! The hotel is situated in Old Towne and close to many fabulous restaurants and lots of shopping. All staff from reception, housekeeping to the servers at breakfast were so welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend staying here.

Das Chania Hotel ist ganz neu. Die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmacksvoll und schön. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten das Glück, ein Upgrade auf eine Junior-Suite zu bekommen. Was für einen Luxus. Riesen Badezimmer mit Badewann in der Mitte und ein sehr komfortables Bett. Unser Sohn bekam auch ein Upgrade auf ein Superior Room. Auch diese Zimmer sind sehr schön ung gut ausgestattet. Obwohl das Hotel an der Hauptachse von Chania liegt, ist es im Zimmer sehr ruhig (fenster Geschlossen natürlich). Aber die Lage ist natürlich fantastisch; zu Fuss ist alles in Chania erreichbar. Die Matratzen sind von sehr guter Qualität. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wohl eines der Besten auf Kreta. Es hatte einfach alles was man sich wünscht. Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Wir haben dann den Vallet-Dienst gebucht. €15.- pro Tag ist nicht gerade günstig, aber es hat sich gelohnt.

Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean and welcoming staff that go out of their way to welcome you. The breakfast is outstanding. So many choices of freshly baked dishes, breads, cakes, fruit, cereals etc. Centrally located on the edge of the old town and near the harbour. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly be returning next time we are in Chania.

We spent a week in this hotel with our 2 children. Modern design, brand new fornitures, good breakfast and food in the restaurant. Staff really friendly, helpful and kind. Strategic position in the center and very confortable. Hope to stay there back again.
