Great location, breakfast, staff, cleanliness, and room amenities. Only complaint was someone above us for the first 2 nights that was very loud, which wasn't the hotel directly. We will definitely stay here again when in Houston. The breakfast is great. The staff was great. The little store at the front desk was convenient offering the little extras. I appreciated the check in and check out texts.

Stayed here for two nights, for this price you can’t complain about anything. Clean room with everything working as it should be. Pool was nice and I like it that they close the gate to the parking lot. Staff was nice and helpful. Would stay there again.

CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD! I was charged $43 for leaving a stain on the towels and on the pillow case. Because I have allergies I use my own pillow cases and wash cloths. Check how many places I’ve stayed around the world Airbnb I have great reviews how I keep the place clean and neat when I leave. It hardly appears as if I stayed. This is a scam, trying to get more money out of people who have stayed in the hotel. I’m so offended I try to go the extra mile not to leave trash or do anything to make the workers have to do extra work and I always leave a tip for the cleaning crew! Keep in mind the room across from me left trash in front of the door for over 12 hours a bunch of food and towels. I’m so offended I don’t know what to say except DO NOT STAY AT LA QUINTA!

When we got there and got in our rooms , we noticed our tv was not working . The first night we didn’t say anything because we were tired , the second night we asked about it and was told basically it was nothing that could be done cause the maintenance man was off on the weekends.. The other issue was room service lied on my mom and said she turned down services and that we also had the do not disturb sign on the door . When we asked for new towels we literally had to argue to get them all because the room was not cleaned which should have nothing to do with towels . Will not be coming back here EVER.
