"Stayed here before and the hotel has some minor renovations since but nothing drastic. The tv is one of the larger ones I’ve seen for a hotel room. The staff was polite and the breakfast was ok. For the price the room is not bad."

"Customer service was terrible the lady at the front desk was very rude. The hotel shower was dirty I shower with my crocs on it looked like it had never been clean and there was mold in the shower. The pillows were flat on the bed.The couch was missing a cushion. We had also booked it for the weekend which was 2 nights. Before we even got there we called ahead to make sure we didn’t have to pay for that Friday night since it Saturday morning (we got there at 1 in the morning on Saturday)and the lady told us no we would be fine and we could check in early. On what was supposed to be our last night we were told that we had to pay for another night, when the other lady told us that we didn’t. We spoke with the hotel manager and she didn’t know how to explain to us nor was willing to fix the issue. We showed receipts and all and still were not able to stay our second night. We also had to ask for towel and there was also no toilet paper in the room nor did the tv remote work."
