Holiday Inn Resort Chaohu Hot Spring Reviews

I am not the person who travel and review a lot, but this is one of the places I called Gem in Chaohu. The rooms is clean and well considered. My daughter enjoyed the views of mountains and balcony. And for kids, this place has a lot of amenities for them: swimming pool, game room, etc. So I would recommend this place in the area if you have no idea what to do with your kids! BTW: it has hot spring too, but we don’t have chance to try, will leave it for next trip

A relaxing getaway! Lily was very attentive and helpful. Sandy, the barista, was also very sweet :) The bathrooms could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly though. There were clumps of hair left in the shower and on the floor.

My wife enjoyed our second trip to this hotel and the hot springs next door. Last time we visited in the winter in the middle of the week, so there were limited options for food at/near the hotel. This time, we visited during the weekend, and although it was a bit busier, we enjoyed ourselves a lot. Some of the staff at the hotel speak English very well, and they are all very kind and accommodating. The hotel is a bit out of town, but otherwise it is set up very well for all sizes of groups or types of travelers.

The interior hot springs didn't work. There was no bubbles or other springs at the interior pools. Fortunately the outside from the spa was very nice. The room's floor was sinking when you walk.

I came back to the old place (visiting Shenye Hot Spring Holiday Resort Hotel) again, and the beauty of a few years ago is still vivid in my mind. Last time, I took my mother to the hot spring and stayed here. The hotel is very large, surrounded by various green plants, like entering a big oxygen bar, breathing becomes relaxed and comfortable. The hotel room is very large, and the balcony can see the hills behind, which are surrounded by clouds and mist, beautiful. The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, the mattress and pillow are also very comfortable, the bathroom is larger than other hotels, the toiletries are neatly arranged, and the sanitary ware is clean. The hotel front desk service is very good. The person who received us was a kind and beautiful girl named (Jingjing), who helped me arrange it very carefully and thoughtfully, and even informed us of the details we didn't expect in advance, and helped to properly solve any problems, saving us a lot of trouble. Arriving at Shenye Hot Spring Holiday Hotel is like returning home. Next time I come, I will ask (Jingjing), this amiable girl, to help me arrange it. I have to mention the hotel (Cuiyuan Restaurant). Because I didn't know what local specialties there were, I bought a 248 set meal from **. It was delicious and the service was very friendly. The three of us didn't finish it. The fish and shrimp were very fresh, the old duck soup was very delicious, and the mushroom buns (dim sum) were lifelike and very affordable. Each dish was a large portion. I had a great time eating. The scenery in front and behind the hotel is beautiful. I took a lot of beautiful videos and photos and soaked in the warm hot springs. It was worth the trip.

The environment is beautiful and suitable for vacation. There are various small activities. It is good to bring children here. You can soak in hot springs. The room is quite large, with a balcony and a relatively large bathroom. There are a lot of people for the self-service dinner on Saturday night, and you have to queue. The archery time is one hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon, so you need to arrange your time well.

I took my kids to soak in the hot springs on the weekend. The last time we came was with two people. After eight years, we came back as a family of three. Although the hotel is old, the facilities are not outdated. The staff is very good and responsive. There were some minor problems with the room I booked, but they upgraded it for me. The buffet dinner tasted good and it was a great experience. I will come again with my parents when it gets a little cooler~

The hotel check-in is in the parking lot. There is no obvious guide or we didn't find it. We called the front desk and they said it was right opposite the entrance. There were self-service fruit tea and entertainment programs. The dinner was very rich and delicious. After dinner, we took a walk in the park. The air was very fresh and the natural oxygen bar made people feel comfortable physically and mentally. There were some activities to play on the second day. The children liked it very much. After playing, we went to the hot spring again. In short, the price-performance ratio was good.

The room is quite big, with a sofa and a desk, a balcony, complete facilities, and a relatively large and clean bathroom. The service is also very good. There are handsome guys at the gate to help with luggage, one-on-one check-in, and free drinks. It is very convenient to go to the hot springs. There are battery cars to pick you up, and it only takes five minutes to walk back. The Bantang Old Street, 1 kilometer away, is very good for eating.
