A relaxing getaway! Lily was very attentive and helpful. Sandy, the barista, was also very sweet :) The bathrooms could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly though. There were clumps of hair left in the shower and on the floor.

My wife enjoyed our second trip to this hotel and the hot springs next door. Last time we visited in the winter in the middle of the week, so there were limited options for food at/near the hotel. This time, we visited during the weekend, and although it was a bit busier, we enjoyed ourselves a lot. Some of the staff at the hotel speak English very well, and they are all very kind and accommodating. The hotel is a bit out of town, but otherwise it is set up very well for all sizes of groups or types of travelers.

The interior hot springs didn't work. There was no bubbles or other springs at the interior pools. Fortunately the outside from the spa was very nice. The room's floor was sinking when you walk.

When I just checked in, there was water next to the toilet in the bathroom. Facilities: The facilities are old and the hair dryer is damaged and cannot be used normally. TV cannot be cast. Service: Service is not professional. The check-in time is 12 o'clock, and I arrived at the front desk to check in at 12:40. I was told that the room had not been cleaned and that I had to wait for at least 1 hour. I rested in the lobby with my mother because it was lunch time and ate the food I bought from Hema. I was told by the lobby manager (a man) that takeaway food cannot be eaten in the lobby, which will affect the image of their hotel and bring bad influence. First of all: I checked in during check-in time and was told that the cleaning lady went to eat and asked us to wait. (We were not told where we should wait, we could only wait on the sofa in the lobby) Secondly: Since it is lunch time, the aunts have gone to eat, but we can’t eat? And what we eat is not takeout, but food we bring with us. Finally: the lobby manager did not understand clearly and scolded us when he came up. Very unprofessional and a very poor first experience. In short, I don’t recommend everyone to stay here. I personally won't go there again.

I couldn't find a place for cycling or archery, and no one told me where to spend money; early in the morning, the waiter was yelling at the door, and the cars were pushed here and there. Is this a luxury hotel? It's not as fast as fast. Compared with international hotels, it's too far behind. We set off in the morning and it rained. There wasn't even an umbrella at the door. It's too bad. It's just a trap. Even though I'm a local, I still have to complain. If you can afford it, try not to stay here. Stay at the International Hotel, which only costs about 500 and takes about 15 minutes by car.

The hot spring is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. You can also get a shuttle bus at the door of the hotel. It can be reached in 2 minutes. There are 40 different hot springs. There is always one suitable for you. The red wine pool is fragrant and the medicinal spring is also great. There are also various children's entertainment projects inside the hotel, including slides, open-air swings, etc. You can also get small gifts when you check in. It is worth going back again and again. The price/performance ratio is very high. Even during the Spring Festival, you can avoid crowds and enjoy the hot springs. When I returned to the room, I was surprised to find the fruit provided by the hotel. It was a pleasant surprise.

The room is nice, you can see the green mountains from the balcony and listen to the sounds of nature in the morning. The waiters are very enthusiastic.

Overall, the experience was very good. The breakfast was very rich. There was only one plug on the bedside of the room, and it was a three-pronged one. The fast charging plug for Apple phones could not be plugged in. However, after contacting customer service, they quickly sent a plug adapter for outdoor use. The current temperature of the barbecue is still cold at night. For dinner, it is recommended to have the buffet, which is very rich. There are also many hot springs.

The one-price all-inclusive activity worth 1100+ is very unsatisfactory and not worth it! It's not worth the price at all. If other guests in the hotel don't buy this all-inclusive package and just buy accommodation, there will be no difference at all. The accommodation only costs more than 400, and then go to Yuquanzhuang next door to spend money to soak in the hot spring. The group purchase price for one person is only 99. The maximum for two people is 200. The total is only 600-700. Then the so-called parent-child activities are just that. There are not many activities to play. Finally, there are multiple dinners. However, the most unsatisfactory one is this dinner! The dinner we had on New Year's Eve, the so-called meal for two, was very poor. There was nothing to eat, just a few fried vegetarian dishes. I want to know if this meal is worth three or four hundred yuan? It's not a buffet at all. It's the first day of the new year. I just saw the hotel group's preview and today's dinner is decent. So it was the same one-price all-inclusive offer yesterday. It's a completely different treatment. Since the hotel knows that there is no chef in the restaurant on New Year's Eve. If the food is so shabby, then please don’t hold this event! Don’t offer all-inclusive deals on New Year’s Eve! It was extremely shabby to have this kind of meal for two in a hotel on New Year's Eve to celebrate the New Year.

The environment of Shum Yip Hotel is good. It is a great experience for families and friends. Miss Yu Hui at the archery range is very friendly. Thank you for her service. I will continue to stay at the hotel next time.
