宣傳稱是朝陽最好的酒店，要來就必須住這裏。這是這幾天住的價格最高的酒店。外表看不錯，高大上。裏面的設施舊了一些，感覺性價比不如連鎖酒店。

入住鳳凰國際，首先説説位置，大淩河邊，在酒店就可以俯瞰淩河景色，酒店服務很好，門口保安師傅耐心指導停車位置。住宿贈送一張温泉票，温泉一般。酒店的中餐廳服務很好，幾個小姐姐有求必應。

其他不説，早餐像在打仗，估計五一假期都是帶孩子的，嚴防死守生怕少算了誰，孩子大了付一些費用是沒有問題的，但是69一位是真沒啥吃的，非常不值得。

辦理入住時前台服務態度很差。房間很大，Wi-Fi信號特別差，沒有護髮素和身體乳。訂單説送汗蒸，結果也沒送，早餐還行，種類還算多，品質一般。二樓香宮餐廳，餐位費每人十元，連茶都沒有，是喝白水，菜品定價感覺小貴，味道還不錯。

酒店的地下停車場竟然收費 而且沒有任何告知 酒店預訂訊息也寫的免費停車場 酒店給的理由是有外面的車蹭車位 然後就所有車都收費 這不是應該加強管理來解決嗎？為什麼讓顧客買單 ？我從沒住過要交停車費的酒店 跟酒店反饋也沒有下文 三年來每次來朝陽都住這裏 這次很失望 原本要多住幾天的 直接退房走了 管理人員無能的做法 前台態度倒是不錯説很多客人反應 但是他們沒辦法 我衹能説你們管理層的決定真的很可笑

五一出行住了兩晚，據説鳳凰國際算是朝陽市比較好的酒店了，但是這衞生間的衞生也太一般了吧！洗個澡淋浴房外面全是水，最重要的是五一那幾天都將近30度了連空調都沒有！這配套設施都比不上連鎖酒店
